Of course jobs have been "lost" to other countries. Hurray free market! But it's a non sequitur because it doesn't follow on from the conversation. Next I'll suddenly point out that women make less than men, and we'll pretend it's somehow relevant.

And I pointed out that we collectively through the mechanism of representative democracy have determined that we do have an obligation to the welfare of others. I can see why you find it difficult to follow conversations if you cherry pick some lines while ignoring others.

Morgan the power to save the Federal government and the city of New York multiple times, and the power to finance the industrial boom of the late 19th century. It got Thomas Edison 1093 patents.

Clearly, a dollar is not worth what it used to be.
