Have you got berserker already on order Eamon? ..i have some po's to pay off soon ..really thinking about selling the p1, don't think i can wait to see specs on the classic..i know if i put him up for sale i will have it sold quickly..damn ..what to do..

I hope we see Tracker soon ..and Statham from expendables

Also once i have all my po's out of the way i'm changing dealers ..i will be buying from angolz only from now on(unless i see an awesome deal elsewhere)

Yeah, I got Berzerker, War Machine, T1000 and Abigail on PO.

Why would you sell the P1? To me, it is one if the best figures ever made.

I love the p1 ..but since its apparently official we are getting a classic predator with the new body i would want that instead ..pred1 is great but next to berserker he would look way 2 small a thus not as badass..
..and i cant justify having 2 version of him..so its p1 or classic.
.and i could almost afford 2 new fig for what i could get for p1..

Are you 100% sure the new Classic Predator will be as big as the Berzerker?

I'm pretty sure its official ..mentioned in an article somewhere .. and p1 was undersized to begin with,that being one of the figures few flaws ..if its true and we get a classic he should be bigger then p1 but not as big as berserker .. somewhere in between i'd imagine.
But as easy as selling my p1 would be and how much pressure it will take of my building up po's i probably should wait to see specs on classic before i decide to sell him.

I would personally hold onto P1 untill the official specs are released Cal. While I'm sure it will looks great, there's allways a small chance it won't meet expectations and HT said they were just gonna make a new body, they didn't say if the new body will be taller (though I hope it is).

For me, it would have to be a pretty significant change in order for me to justify getting the update.
Plus I got the P2, Lost and Guardian and I don't want them to look out of place.

On another note, I was expecting Persues this mornin but the package turned out to be for my girlfriend.
It was definitely a Hot Toys box!!

I know what you mean about selling the P1. I'm on the fence on selling the guardian just to pay for tons of POs I have also.

I am a comic collector first and I collect iconic figures second. I have Dutch and Predator1 which satifies my predator needs unless a major upgrade justifies a new Predator1.

The problem with awaiting for official specs is then everyone wants to sell their original version too

I felt the same way about the DX Joker and its comparison to the BR head on the V1 body. As cool as the DX version was, and I know Im going probably get blasted for writing it, but it just wasn't good enough to warrant getting another figure of the same character. Besides, I still like the BR headed better anyway.

Point being that the new version will have to damn near walk and talk for me to drop almost $200 on a figure I already have a great representation of.

I too think the BR head is better than the DX head. I don't have a DX and I never seen one besides pics on the internet, but the eyes seem just a little more "dead" to me... Not sure if that's true in real life or something that just shows in a hi-res picture which blows up the actual size of a sculpt by 10 times or so...
I also like the smeared paint at the eyes and mouth better instead of the more cleaner one the DX has.

By no means am I saying that I dislike the DX sculpt, but since I already had the BR and was (and am) really happy with it, I didn't see need for a DX.

I got Abby on pre-order for a while now. Pretty excited to see if she is as good in hand as the proto pics suggest!

I hope Abby comes out just like the protos. I'm really hoping she's the best female they release this year.

Black Widow has way too many problems and Jill Valentine has no texture to her face and her headsculpt was dissappointing.

Nope it was a pressie for me!! I think it could be a Space Adam. Fingers crossed it's the white one!

I will be openening three new Hot Toys this weekend.
Whatever my girl got me, Persues and Whiplash.

Now and here's something that will bake some of your noodles.
I also got my Masters Classics Whiplash and for whatever reason I am most excited about opening him!

Not sure I got the patience to not open at least one.

I think opening three Hot Toys one day is gonna be nerdtastic overload and I find I tend to not give enough attention to one.
I got T2 Arnie and Tony Stark at the same time and I still fell Tony didn't get enough love.
Anybody have these dire problems?
