I think opening three Hot Toys one day is gonna be nerdtastic overload and I find I tend to not give enough attention to one.
I got T2 Arnie and Tony Stark at the same time and I still fell Tony didn't get enough love.
Anybody have these dire problems?

I know exactly what you mean!!! It's like one takes attention away from the other! I must say I haven't had this with any HT figures yet, but back when I collected 7" I had it all the time, because I'd often order a complete series instead of just one fig.

I was actually thinking this morning when I read that Abby was coming out this week already, that I might get her really soon after the T-800 last week. Usually there's atleast 3 months between my new HT figs. So I better give the T-800 lots of attention before Abby arrives

Yeah, I think you're right! It's gonna be a tough job for a fig to do that! Arnie just has this awesome iconic and physical presence on the shelf!

The only figure that might come close to it is the Berserker Pred I got on PO. But still, it'd probably only match it in physical presence, since he's nowhere near as iconic as the T-800!

I was always into collecting 6" figures and really got into it with those Marvel Legends from 8-9 years ago. Since then I got into the McFarlane sports and movie stuff and some NECA. My First 12" was a movie Daredevil from Marvel Studios. Got into high end stuff with Batman Begins. Found out about these figures one day doing a random google search but I bought into the Takara hype with the posability and that was my first purchase.

My first HT was the BR Joker as a gift from my gf and its been pretty much HT and a deflated bank account since! Once in a while I'll pick up a 6" if its cool but those are all mostly in boxes as the HT get the display room now.

Does anyone else think it would be amazing if Hot Toys decided to do the Ninja Turtles from the original movie? It is an older license, but not as old as many they've chosen to pursue.

I think they'd do an incredible job with them and they'd most likely sell better than Planet of the Apes or Mars Attacks. (not knocking them, I love both)

Hrm that's interesting, I didn't know that. Maybe they will, but only those original costumes looked good in my opinion. I dont have much faith in a reboot, all the other sequels were pretty crappy.

The original movie is not even close to being terrible, it's actually pretty great. The sequels, yes, terrible.

I always liked the TMNT films and probably always will. Especially the first two. They aren't good films in terms of acting or whatever, but they're definitely entertaining and have a highly nostalgic value to me

Just got Perseus and Whiplash today!
But saving Whiplash for sunday (bday).

I really really like this figure. Probably more so than the movie!

Received T2 T-800 & a lforigno custom cape today!

Looks like my HT collection is complete for now. Dont think ill be buying anymore figs this year. May pick up Bruce Lee, but we probably want see him till January. Hopefully by then, my wallet should be well rested, recovered & ready for another battle.

The T-1000 looks VERY tempting as well as the original Sarah Connor. Im very limited on space at the moment, so alot 12inch figs will only make my place seem even more cluttered......So im trying my best to hold out for awhile.

Im satisfied at the moment with what I have though. Out of the annoucements HT has made thus far, only one fig actually interests me, so thats a relief+1.....!
