A MUCH better Mace!

Personally, I love Mace. Yeah, he didn't seem to trust Anakin and maybe that is what pushed him over, but that's life. Not everyone trusts everyone. I think Jackson did a find job for as much as the character did, but if he was going to do more then I'd go with Fishburne. That dude has range!

If you want to talk about crappy characters, mine would have to be General Grevious. Lucas created a cool looking character who was all bad ass, and ended up being all talk, no skills and with asthma to boot! He swore he was gonna kick Obi's ass and he ended up running like a scared dog with his tail betwen his legs! What a waste!

Lucas created some really cool characters in the last movies, but it didn't seem like he knew what to do with them (ie: Darth Maul.) He probably figured they'd have the same popularity Boba Fett did. And Boba Fett barely had much screen time!

Well, I wouldn't but the Jedi aren't supposed to be married to begin with. So what Yoda is telling him is correct based on the Jedi ways.

Perhaps Padme didn't mind this bit of advice, after all, she simply "lost the will to live;" newborns and all.

Well, having known people who have had a loved one die and bascially gave up on their will to live. It isn't a stretch.

It most certainly is to any decent mother, I would agree had Padme been merely a widow - but now she stands as a dead-beat mom. :emperor

It doesn't make sense I give you that nor does it make it right. However, I've known of this to happen and have seen it happen. As far as Padme being a dead beat mom.

Yeah. I mean who really cares how many times we talk about the same things. Usually some new idea comes out of it.
