from an artistic standpoint I have no issue at all with anatomically correct figures male or female.

Me neither. I don't have a problem with the anatomically correct ADULT females and even ADULT male figures. Those are fine. But why you would need little Prepubescent figures of little girls that are anatomically correct is beyond me and imo some pedophile ish. If you see "Anime" fine. I'm sure that's what the makers and buyers want you to see. I don't see it.

Yeah. I can't think of any non-creepy customs it would be necessary for. But whatever, there are worse things, real dolls and fleshlights. Japanese culture is a bit more open to such things. Still pervy, though.

I hear you, but to me real dolls and fleshlights are still adult orientated. So I don't have a problem with them.. kinda weird.. :lol but no problem. But I do have a problem with child pornography and anatomically correct figures of little girls. Now I know they might be Anime inspired or Anime version.. but they LOOK like little kids. Anatomically correct little kids. And I'm not cool with that.. and I'm sorry I can't see anything artistic or creative about that.

I don't really have a problem with anatomically correct figures either, but I guess it isn't necessary if they're gonna be covered by clothes. Anyway I think this is a good advancement, as far as not having visible joints, but I'm not sure about it being silicone. That's probably why the price is so high, but it makes me wonder if something similar to this can be done but with a cheaper material.

I don't think silicon costs that much. They charge a lot because it is innovative and there are currently no other companies offering something similar.

Actually, silicone is expensive. Especially, the medical grade this guy refers to on his site. If it's the same type I'm familiar with, it's used for prosthesis.

Looking at the armature and the way the skin is cast, it seems he's borrowed some techniques from the world of stop motion. They used a very similar process to cast the bodies around the armatures when I was working on Coraline.

Lastly, I think you guys are going WAY overboard with the whole "pedophilia" angle on this. For years, artists like Brian Froud and Alan Lee have portrayed faeries as slender, small framed nude women. Also, a lot of adult Asian women have very similar builds to the faeries depicted in these photos. These dolls aren't my cup of tea, but I think you should put away the lynchin' ropes and stop making accusations when you have no real idea of the artists intent.

If you look at the order page there are tiny child bodies for sale - no way they could be mistaken for full scale adults. But I still don't see "pervy" there - artists have depicted nude children as angels/cherubs for centuries and judging from the faery customs on the site - that seems to be the type of market they're going for.

I guess you see what you're looking for....?:horror

Look at the pics. You seriously don't see anything wrong there!? One pic has this little girl in the Doggy Style position bro. That's not "pervy"!?

On a different note, the hands don't look as though they can carry anything, although I could be wrong. As far as the nature of the figures and whether they can be perceived as pornographic, the Japanese have some weird ideas of what is culturally acceptable and what is not.

I hadn't seen that page, but someone on their knees and hands isn't necessarily in "doggy style" and without you saying that I never would have thought of that looking at the pic.

Wish they had a more adult looking female to work from. THEN I might be tempted to get one. Looks ok though, A bit bendy looking at the knees and elbows for my tastes, but still looks good. I guess from the look of it, all the "bits" are there.

So you think that's completely innocent!? And if so, then why are ALL those pics absent from the english version of that site?

You guys are seriously going way overboard with all this, I can't see a collector buying nude child bodies to make up as a little school girl to jack off on or whatever you guys are suggesting.

These are 1/6th figures, nothing more.
