Accurate 1/6 scale Vader helmet

Using a Star Wars Darth Vader Cake Topper Voice Changer the helmet and lower part of hasbro vader reveal, i did some dremel tooling time, to see if an accurate or almost visually empire or jedi 1/6 scale helmet would look like.

I cannot understand why there hasn`t been an accurate 1/6 scale vader helmet yet, and using this crappy pieces i think something came out. I don`t know why is so hard for companies to make this piece at this scale ?

Looks like you have something pretty cool going there! The Sideshow (pre-mod) and Medicom Vader helms may be off, but most of Hurricane's are fairly dead-on, so there are accurate 1/6 versions out there (albeit not mass-produced, which may be your point).

Yeah my friend that`s what i mean, and hurricane`s vader is pretty darn cool custom.
