I would agree with Ray, I was a bit disapointed.
I knew the torso was gonna be stiff as hell and again the ratchet at the shoulders is a pain. Really hard to move and annoying as hell.
Well to me at least.

And this isn't smaller than the ttm19, not at all. It is pretty much the same build.

But to me the ttm19 was already a medium build body, we needed something thinner. A Bruce Lee body but not as ribbed.

In an effort not to sound completely inconstructive
Even though I'm dissapointed I will say that as far as bodies go quality wise it's better than many in its price range.the hands,while too hard, are indeed better sculpted and sized than hot toys and sculpt and paint wise aci did a great job

And there's nothing wrong with that. If someone is looking for the best then they have every right to critique. Clearly the body to beat in this category is the TTM19. If this fell short of that then there is nothing wrong in saying so.

I really was hoping that this was going to be skinnier then the 19. I'd be able to del with all it's shortcomings compared to HT if it at least offered us a new physique that isn't a current option.

What's the deal with compatibility? Can it jive with HT hands, feet/shoes or sculpts?

This is what I've been saying all along. I felt this as just ACI's attempt to fill the void of the TTM 19. Never thought it would be any smaller and when I got one yesterday, I wasn't surprised by the size at all.

At all of those that were determined this was going to be the perfect body for Rick Grimes.

I just can't help but laugh at all of the idiots that put their faith into a new body that we didn't even know the real size of. Nowhere did this body say it was going to be a smaller muscle body. I was hoping I was going to be wrong, but figured was more likely than this coming in small.

I wasn't going by the official ACI pics hoping it was smaller than the TTM19, I was going by this post/review below:

That is the TTM clone Hit Figure body. Same as TTM 19 but with bigger moobs. It has much smaller biceps than the TTM 19. Narrower in the waist and neck than TTM 19 as well. Very stiff joints with some detents (clicking) in the elbows and shoulders. Nice and sturdy. Pretty hefty actually

Hard to know what to believe. One guy is saying it is smaller than the TTM19 while others are saying it's not a big difference.

I like this body.Visually to me, at least, it looks slightly smaller but I broke out the measuring tape and the only place there is a discernable difference is the biceps (.5 of a centimeter). But it is a different shape and if you are looking for variety on your shelf then there is nothing wrong with picking up one or two.

It's true that the biceps are indeed slightly smaller but it's not like that alone is enough to change the overall build ofmthemfigire, hemstillmseems as bulky as the 19, shoulder width and chest width the same... Clothed you'd get almost no difference at all.

Like I said everything has its use eventually.

Well half a center meter is a noticible difference for someone like Daryl so at least it'll be good for him.

Yea, the pics of it next to the HitFigure body which is a knock off of the TTM19 clearly shows the arms are much smaller but yet still defined. We definately need pics of the ACI MC and TTM19 together so we can see. On one hand you have the pics and it being said the arms are smaller and on the other its being said they are almost identical

I guess I never thought this would be smaller than the TTM19; I just assumed a bit differently proportioned.

By medium I figure it would just be less jacked than the other ACI body.

Biceps are smaller but as far as a guy with a different build than 19, it's just not that different unfortunately, Elvis said it best we'd need something of the Bruce lee build but a little bigger, with thicker thighs and less ripped to fill that void.

I might consider myself "medium build" dude myself and let me tell you if I was as big as this body Id feel like Arnold himself.

I think Daryl and Rick grimes build works best for something like the blitzway bodies, especially since both those guys are quite thin, starving to death in post apocalyptic zombie earth. I watch the walking dead, the Christian body is far too big for either if them, even too big for Shane I think. It's also too big for John Mclane which is a bit of a bummer since iminime is planning one. I think buttmunch was right, people jumped the gun in assumptions with this body.

If I were you guys and what ill probably eventually use for my own Rick grimes, is the blitzway body with longer ankle pegs. I even used this recipie on my Han Solo. It's a tad on the thin side but that only really comes through in the thighs, I use shaved down hot toys thigh clips (because those are three times too thick) to compensate.

Pop lets see if I can answer your questions,

Hot toys heads fit in it as do hands, feet no, the ankle system is peg based(like the hands) it comes with regular feet and these utterly bizzare feet that are sculpted with the toes bent upwards. Surely the strangest thing I've seen come with a figure.

The original Kaustic body is kind of a slimmer alternative; but honestly in-hand I did not like the proportions and the arms were nearly as thick as the TTM-19; even though the torso was slimmer... so the hunt continues

Too bad the Triad bodies were crap; they had a nice look and I don't think were massive. But I've not heard much good about the quality.
