Well Asmus was now smart to put out the same picture, white background etc. and theirs looks so much better in the exact same environment. Sure to say that ACI took the sign of the Prancing Pony Tavern a bit too serious

Really? You mean a detail like articulation cut-lines is more distressing to you than details like lack of wounds/battle-damage? Or lack of accuracy? Or character?

To be fair, I think this horse has a lot of character. It's just sad, and dejected.

I'm going with Asmus. I have PO'd the Asmus horse as I think the flocking provides a suitably gritty texture to the steed; the tack and cloth is more faithfully reproduced than ACI's; the sculpt and hair more accurate and expressive; and, like any other action figure, the flexibility of posing afforded by the articulation. I have an articulated 1/6 horse by Dragon and the visible joints don't bother me, so I know I'll be good with this one.

I think the I and II are referring to the videos, not the figure.
