Ha, I actually commissioned that last piece of art featuring Milla as Black Widow. There was a different version that had her stomach covered so the suit was more like the traditional costume (the exposed mid section version was inspired by the Ultimate Black Widow).

Too pile on the Milla/Black Widow art, some company that makes mobile games just released an update for a game called Contract Killer: Sniper and they added a brand new character that is literally just named "Milla Jovovich". Don't know how to link the gameplay video from iTunes but here are the art work featuring a very Black Widow-esque Milla.

We know it won't happen.

I would say it should of happened years ago, unless they base it more on Thief's End since he's a little too long in the tooth to play a younger Drake. I still fear TLOU film, since they got that alien looking girl from GOT to play Ellie.
