I'd watch that! Already has a built-in name, The Rough Riders.

I feel I should amend that statement. I would watch a historically accurate movie that does not try and "soften" his character to appeal to the perception most Americans have of him. Forget "Night at the Museum", Roosevelt, a product of his time, was quite bigoted and bloodthirsty. His views of African Americans and Native Americans would be quite shocking to those who are unaware of Teddy Roosevelt's character. He is a very interesting Person, but I think many Americans would find his personality quite unsettling, which may be why there has not been a bio-pic of him.
