Joaquin Phoenix was totally GAY in Gladiator, but he was great in Signs.

I take it you must have the missed the talented Beyonce in the Pink Panther remake....or the Austin Powers movie The girl can sing I will give her that...and I think out of all the singers trying to act she has the most potential to possibly make it....but not yet.....oh not yet!

And Joaquin was so not gay in Gladiator!!!! You silly!!! I can't wait to see him in We Own The Night and he was so spot on as Johnny Cash in Walk The Line....

Thank you for your sympathies but please do not feel sorry for me. Your sorrow and pity should be extended to lazy filmmakers who think just because it is a comedy they can insult the audience and pay no attention to writing, continuity or anything else that normally passes for professionalism.
When I heard about TNights I thought it could be great as the entire NASCAR scene is just ripe for somebody to really make fun of it and the people who live and die by it --- little did I know that it would be a huge softball that stayed clear of any satire about the scene or its fans. What a disappointment. And I did not think it was funny.

There are plenty of bad actors working in Hollywood today. However, the ones that piss me off are the ones that are the carry an air of self importance.

So, the three right off the top of my head are Ardian Brody, Russell Crowe and Colin Ferrell. The movie has to have A LOT going for it (other than their star billing ) before I see a movie with them in it.

(imo ofcourse ) Fortunately, he is not one of those attention grabbing whores who has to see their mug on every magaine. I think he's realized that it's better for him to stay far out of the media glare when he's not out promoting a pic because it usually always turns nasty. But then, I know some people who have actually met him and said he was good guy....played some rugby with them and was friendly and all....so who knows. I don't really trust anything the media says because they tend to sensasionalize everything.
