I must admit to liking Jim Carey, I just think he's good fun, a bit of escapism when watching him.
Will Ferrell on the other hand just looks daft imo.

Some of my favorite performers up there - Steve Carrell, Jack Black, Jim Carrey. Did you see THE DEPARTED? No one can claim Leo isn't an actor after that one.

Leo did act his ass off in the Departed and Blood Diamond (despite his Stewie Griffin accent).

I love comedy Ill. I just don't like stupidity and that's what Will Ferrell brings to the screen. The guy isn't funny at all IMO. He's just an idiot. I have never liked most "stupid" comedy. It's nothing, but simple jokes and guys making ***** of themselves by jumping around and flailing about.

I am not trying to be insulting to people who find it funny. I just can't stand it and don't think it's the least bit funny.

It's funny if he's straight. It's sad if he's serious. I also said it was SO terrible it was funny. Will Ferrell is just terrible period. Wow, look, he's in his underwear running around a track screaming "save me"...wow, SO funny. NOT.

No, Ferrell has always acted liek that in pretty much everything he's ever done. I's say that's more of the real him then acting and if he acts normal then he's being directed.
