THANK YOU.

the Silver Snail print, this piece, as well as a treatment Adam did a while back on a Rose and Thorn cover are all TRIBUTES to Norman Rockwell's well known, much loved Saturday Evening Post covers! Its a retro, classic Americana, vintage illustration thing. Its NOT about a single comic shop in Toronto, or Adam re-hashing a look he did a few years ago. Its bigger than that; its about a classic style of illustration and a very "all-American" sort of innocence and purity in art.

Yes Yes Yes! this is what I am talking about! Rockwell is not only a brilliant artist and illustrator, but a big influence on Adam. The She Hulk litho is not only hot green sexiness, but its also a play on those old Rockwell pieces, full of humor and beauty.

Wow he was right, I thought he was just crazy lol. It makes me appreciate the art even more now.

well, I'm back on the bandwagon. I can't believe I used to collect those Coke trading cards!...GAH!...I'm such a dork!:monkey4:rotfl

i just caught onto what everyones been talking about.
the print does look good with that background. nice to see a different style now and again.

See, that's how I feel; its nice to see something different every now and then. Plus, I'm also HUGE fan of Norman Rockwell's work. You'll never hear me complain when Adam goes this route with his illustrations.
