I saw some interviews with her and for some reason she looks hotter as Agent Hill, there is something about that tight suit and her hair made that way that drives me Nuts!!!

:exactly::monkey5 :naughty :love

I'm not too surprised to see Iron Man in the lead, but VERY surprised to see Cap beating Hulk! :horror

Yeah, WTH?! :dunno

Great day out at the supermarket with my fiancee.:rock

Such a sexy clone trooper.

Re: After seeing "The Avengers" again on Blu Ray/DVD, who is your favourite Avenger?

Iron Man actually showed much more of his douchey side in the film. While it was entertaining seeing him rip Cap apart, it also took him down a few notches as a hero. Definitely got the best lines.

Captain America was kind of a ****** to Coulson. Dumb looking helmet. Still, great character. He really didn't get to show off as much as the others but perhaps that's fitting.

Thor made the mistake of being filmed in HD with distractingly bad hair extensions. Could have used the helmet to help cover that up. Also, got owned by Hulk... hard.

Black Widow was cute, but even with her Buffyesque upgrade ScarJo will never quite be convincing as a former Russian spy. At least she didn't try an accent.

Hawkeye was actually pretty kickass as a mind-controlled Loki goon, but that doesn't count for the Avengers. He's a filler character, but a good one.

Hulk was the star though. Banner was easily the most likeable human character out of the whole bunch. When he finally did Hulk out, nothing could really stop him. The best they could do was distract him off the helicarrier, but when it came down to Loki the rest was cinematic history. He ate up that film in the short amount of screentime he actually had. Nothing but win.

Re: After seeing "The Avengers" again on Blu Ray/DVD, who is your favourite Avenger?

I think it's strange that there's as much disparity as there is. The film was really well balanced between all of them.

Ranking them I would go like this...

1. Hulk
2. Ironman
3. Thor
4. Hawk and widow ( equal)
5. Cap

Hulk stole the show. Iron Man for RDJ. I pretty like Thor. I think he's the one who can make hulk less powerful. Specialy when he tried to take Thor's hammer, was thinking in my head while watching that scene " finally someone who can kick hulk butt ".
Those two could destroy anything if they turned bad.
And for those who are watching the blu-ray, I hope you experience it on good home theater. So good to eyes and ears.

Depends on the theater and the house your watching it at.

Iron Man easily because Robert Downey Jr is by far the best actor of the bunch.

Cap comes dead last. His outfit was ridiculous, like something out of a bad cosplay convention. They should have kept the one from "First Avenger". Furthermore he didn't come off as impressive as the other avengers in battle. He looked like he was stuck as a street level B rated hero when Captain America should be so much more. He also doesn't come off like the Leader that he should.

The best part with Cap was when Ironman came over and shot his shield to reflect the blast onto other enemies.

I dunno... I just thought Cap looked far more impressive in battle in "First Avenger". He's supposed to be able to hold his own against anybody.

Zero personality summed it up for me.
Tony Stark has bucket loads.

...but...he....did....:dunno

He got his butt handed to him by Loki.

He got his butt handed to him by Chitauri (thor had to pull him up).

He just never came off as impressive as he should. Part of this is the terrible uniform. They really need to fix it. Let his ears through the head gear and make the upperbody look like scale. Bulk it up so Cap doesn't look like John Doe at a cosplay convention.

Speaking of which, it wouldn't hurt for Scarlett to workout a little more. She is too soft looking.

I thought he did alright. Isn't Loki a semi-god? Captain America is a human super soldier. And besides which, if anything, Loki got humiliated too much in this film. Pwned mid-sentence by Coulson with his gun, pwned mid-smug grin by exploding arrow from Hawkeye, thoroughly and comprehensively pwned by Hulk. How much asskicking do you give to your most prominent villain before he ceases to be in any way impressive as a villain.

Yeah but that was only after a long and protracted non-stop battle. Again I thought he did alright considering.

But hey, I've never followed the comics, I don't know exactly how superhuman Cap is supposed to be.

Re: After seeing "The Avengers" again on Blu Ray/DVD, who is your favourite Avenger?

The point was to show that he's the most human character of them. Not a spy or assassin, not a scientist with some mental problems or rich ****** in exo-suit, not even a god from another planet. He's just a good guy on the duty who lost everything but still wants to protect the innocent. He will stand until the end no matter what and thereby inspire others.

Besides I like the fact that he was shown from the other side - despite the patriotic feel he's always looking for justice.

So many better Cap costume designs they could have went with are shown in the art book. Great character but I can't take that outfit seriously, loved the utilitarian look of the WW2 suit.

From the very beginning of the film, it's established that Loki's just a pawn, not "the most prominent villain." :dunno
