My take on Ward!
He's either a triple agent working deep undercover for Nick Fury.Last week Coulson said he didn't like how Fury used the term "acceptable losses" or something on that line...I think Ward is undercover in HYDRA to find out what they are doing and if he had to kill certain SHEILD agents I think Fury okayed it!!!!

I am thinking along similar lines. I just think he is on his own trying to redeem himself with Coulson et al by leading them to the temple and then he will end up helping them out against Hydra.

Supposedly a lot of questions will be answered tonight, so who knows. It did seems like he killed his brother though. I don't think an undercover agent, a good guy, would just go do that. But stranger things have happened I suppose.

It seemed like like he and Skye or Simmons would've been lovers......not anymore.

I liked Triplett too, but this season he has been nothing more than background character. Once he got locked in the chamber I figured he was a goner.

I thought it was a decent mid season finale, but also a little anti-climatic. Didn't care for the way Whitehall was killed. Skye shooting Ward was awesome, but she left the job unfinished. The pairing of Ward and May-clone seems a bit forced to me. Who was the guy with no eyes at the end? I am unfamiliar with the Inhumans outside of Black Bolt and Medusa.

Knowledge of the comics has become mostly irrelevant when it comes to MCU or this show, Marvel is creating and changing as they go.

Just enjoy the ride.

I stopped collecting comics in the late 90's...so I guess that's my fault.
People on Twitter are acting like this will lead into the INHUMANS?
It was your typical cliff hanger finale...kill off a character or two and make you think which one will be alive...my guess is

.More questions than answers...What will Ward do with creepy burnt face Agent 33? What did Raina become after the transformation? I think The Flash winter finale was better. I never read any DC Comics growing up but The Flash was better.
