Wait... wasn't S1 the worst season for the show? :D
I dunno why because it was fun and engaging for the most part. Could use 25% more fun and action instead of a little bit excessive drama, and the last few episodes were anticlimactic... but if not for these issues I'd rate it 9/10 easily.

S2 was too dramatic, not fun enough and did many things very-very wrong plot and character wise.

So is this their attempt at giving us gambit and Pyro in one person since we'll never actually get them in the MCU?

He's Hellfire, seeing as how this season is based on Hickman's Secret Warriors more or less. It's just a shame he's (probably) not going to have any connections with the Phantom Rider.

The first half hour was boring!
The shield thing was cool,Skye choking Fitz with her Darth Vader force thing was dumb..."I don't want to hurt you." REALLY?THEN STOP CHOKING HIM!

So Coulson and May watched the official end of HYDRA.
They didn't bother to share this with the other 100 or so agents in the facility?
Now maybe they can move away from the HYDRA story line and end the Inhuman story line.
Since Marvel/Disney have shelved the Inhumans movie I wonder where AoS will go now?
Maybe looking for other super powered humans?

Makes sense. I'm not familiar with the secret warriors arc so after some googling, I got it now. Since marvel owns Ghost Rider again and anything to do with him, if James survives the inevitable showdown, maybe he'll join the team and they'll allude to the Phantom rider being his granddad? Or like his great great great great granddad.

Not really feeling this "who will die?" angle they've been using as a cliffhanger. Not sure quite how to describe it, but it's almost like, "Really? You're gonna stoop to that level?" Almost as if the story itself isn't interesting enough to have us tune in so we HAVE to know that someone is going to die as well.

Not a fan of that as well.

The current story arc is intriguing as it is for me.

I think Daisy is back on SHIELD's side.... She's offering her blood, but that blood came from a dead Kree. I don't think that would work wouldn't it? It looks to me she's sabotaging Hive's experiment from the inside. Unless the writers forgot that their Kree was dead to start with.

Was thinking about that as well. Maybe it's live Kree blood since it's in her living body? :dunno. It'll be interesting to see where this goes. I honestly don't know what side of the fence she's on right now.

Glad Mack didn't kick the bucket this episode. Really don't like the idea that someone from the team HAS to die. I love Skye so hopefully it's Lincoln :mwaha. I'd be okay if it were May as well. She's been the same from the very beginning. We've seen some awesome character development with everyone else. It seems like unless it's an episode TRYING to show a different side of May, she always reverts back to the same emotionless bad***. Don't know if that's fair of me to want her to soften up but screw it that's how I feel :lol.

Also, not really a Civil War spoiler, but I can't help but compare this tiny tidbit to it:

Daisy using her quake powers was really reminiscent of how Tony uses his repulsors during the Civil War fights.

Civil War isn't out yet over her chief. Would appreciate it if you didn't post anything about the movie. Barely spoiler or not.

At least we got a Civil War reference with Hive talking about Cap and Tony. I do not like the who will die thing either. I believe May may bite it and Lash will exact revenge on Ward. It will probably be a Mack technically dies but is reborn as an Inhuman crappy cop out.

Hehe it wasn't really a spoiler anyway. It just mentions a CW character (that everyone knows is there) and how a character in AOS reminded me of that CW character in how they fight.

It's nothing we haven't seen before in the other MCU films that includes that character really. (nothing to do with story)
