Knight Rider was so freaking epic even Busta Rhymes made it into a rap song.

Now I hate Rap as much as anyone else but I don't see anyone doing a Airwolf rap song or any other kind of song lol .

Even if his version sucks you have to give him credit for bringing the theme song to people that otherwise would have never heard it.

It was so good it worked, the beat works.
the song made it to the Billboard Hot 100 and was number one in the Billboard Hot Rap Singles

it was number 2 in the UK Singles Chart, song was huge.

The GI Joe cartoon theme song! Was actually my favorite part of the series.
The old 60's Spiderman themes songs and the Speed racer theme songs also were very bad ***.

Had to vote Knight Rider for this though, holy crap that was a cool intro song.

I watched Airwolf because there was nothing else on TV. But I Loved Knight Rider so much. That song was so nice to hear, I loved it.

Maybe it was because I always wanted to be a pilot but I friggin loved Airwolf. Easily my favorite show from the 80's.

In terms of the music alone, Airwolf is much better. However, the visuals of the Knight Rider intro make it better overall. The car, David Hasslehoff, the hot chick, and the tech makes it look much cooler.

On music in particular, I think that Street Hawk is one of the best 80's intros, by Tangerine Dream, who also did the Risky Business and Legend scores.

Man I was gonna post that loved Blu Thunder as a kid.

You're all killing me here as I'm stuck at work & no way I can listen to them in the office

Can't wait to get home & watch them all now.

In the meantime though my vote goes with Knight Rider, that was my essential Saturday afternoon viewing in the 80's loved it.
