My Dracula poster arrived yesterday.. postie left it sitting half in the snow on my front steps. Thankfully it was cold enough outside that there was no seepage.

Okay. So this will be my first time buying two posters. Please, I need to know from those of you who have done this before (Star Wars) how do I go about getting both secured? Do I add them to my cart separately, and pay for them in two separate orders? Do I try to add them both to cart together and pay for them together? What do you suggest and/or have experience in working successfully?

I don't understand why you would try separate orders. It just takes a second to add them both to your cart.

Just asking. I'm nervous about going for two posters for the first time, that's all.

Well, personally, I would click the "Add to cart" button with the scroll wheel button (on my computer this opens the link in a new tab -- you can use whatever is equivalent). It will open in a new tab in the background, allowing you to then immediately press "Add to cart" for the second print and then going through the checkout process. That's how it would work if the site was working properly, but of course it can sometimes hang up for no apparent reason.

I don't expect these to be nearly as bad as the last few Star Wars releases though. I think as long as you're there when they go up you've got a pretty good chance at getting them.

Additional question, when ordering more than one poster, are they grouped together in one shipping tube or do we get a tube per poster?

They will put them in the one tube.

If you are worried about a poster selling out when two go up at the same time, order the more limited one first, then go back and order the second. Then send them an e-mail and ask them to combine shipping on the two orders and they will give you a refund on one of the double shipping charges. I have done this multiple times in the past with no problem, rather than try to add a second poster to my cart while the first sells out.

I would be curious to see what others do as well, usually books or glasses in the corners and edges for me for an extended period of time.

Make sure you use standard Credit Card and don't use paypal if you can help it. Have your account setup before hand and be logged in before they go up. Make sure when you enter in your CC information you have it copied so you can just paste it in. That is usually the fastest way I have found to go.

I just got my first Alamo print back from framing....now it may not be as fancy as the Star Wars prints, BUT seeing how I'm a big Buffy fan, this is the Whedonverse's equivalent.

I'm really loving this thing. It framed very nicely. It's difficult to photograph because of the glare, but nonetheless.

Hey, that's a great way to start a Mondo collection! It's great when you find a cool print based on a license/property that really means something to you as a fan. Nice job!

How do you all suggest going about flattening these prints out? They do not want to flatten to well.

Two pieces of any flat substrate will do - thick cardboard or ideally, melamine covered MDF sheet.

Depending on the thickness of the paper & how tightly it's been rolled it may take a fair while. I've got stuff that's been pressed for 6 months and it still curls up when u take it out, others come good in a few days.

There's also a few other methods, if you're short of time..

After seeing those pics, I'll be heartbroken if I can't get both of those posters. I remember back in high school, I was the only person excited for the first Hellboy to come out. The rest of my friends didn't jump on the bandwagon until te second movie. Ahhhhhh....memories
