I would have done it, too.

But nobody is getting anywhere near that booth. This whole approach sounds like something conceived by someone who has never done this before. Justin sounds like he actually expects to just see a few people hanging around chatting about comics and nobody else stopping by until they get a Tweet. This is Comic Con. People will line up outside the doors at 4 AM, head straight for the booth and crowd around it until they get something. The neighbors will complain. Security will escort people away. Business as usual.

You know Mondo had a con exclusive in '09? It was this ring on a latex severed finger. Maybe he thinks this will have a similar turnout.:lol https://blog.mondotees.com/2009/07/ It's about halfway down the page.
I actually looked for it when I was there but couldn't find the booth. I finally came across it on the last day. I didn't purchase one though.

That exact experience which tomandshell just expressed so eloquently has been my experience with at least one booth per year every year of attending.

Until I just flat out gave up on all that, and started enjoying myself more at the show. Oh, and also becoming a Sideshow collector didn't hurt either. Walked straight away from the GG booth to be assisted by Inthia with my very first SS order, and never (well, almost) looked back...

It is going to be interesting that is for sure. No big deal though if I cannot get a print I would want, not worth the hassle if it is going to be REALLY bad and people are going to be dicks.

Yeah, I'm expecting a cluster. Sometimes, I really wonder if that guy at Mondo knows what the hell he's doing. :lol

I really hope they handle it like the recent Kill Bill or Transformers screenings--from an edition of 600, sell 100-200 at the show and put the rest online. Or have one version at the show and a different color version later on the site. There are plenty of ways to have fun and make a splash at SDCC without alienating your online customer base. I can't see them producing six or more new posters and never giving the online crowd a shot.

Deal with the first problem first, then ship it to yourself at the nearest USPS, FedEx or UPS.

Although if I got my hands on one, I'd be reluctant to hand it over to the shipper, lol.

Wonder what time the article will hit the LA times? Check the site a couple times and haven't seen anything yet.

This is the first Moss print I'm not really impressed by. I get the style he was trying to capture, but I'm just not excited by it.
