If anyone else ordered the Tom Whalen Cowboys and Aliens, let me know when you get it. I am pretty sure it is just part of the print but there are specs on it and I just want to make sure it is suppose to be like that.

Can you describe the location of your specks? I have a feeling they are intentional, but let us know where you're seeing them:

I'd say two or three minutes.

I think this is a fantastic poster and I'll be going for it in the morning.

Could it truly come up at any time, or are there usually some parameters to when they usually post this stuff for sale?

Thanks. I'll be at work from 8am-1pm eastern, so I'll just sit there and hit refresh all day I suppose.

Here are the sale times from the past two months. Other than Stout & Moss during SDCC, their timing is incredibly predictable:

11:00 AM CST, 8/4/11, Buckaroo Banzai & NOES

10:58 AM CST, 7/29/11, Cowboys & Aliens

9:41 AM CST, 7/22/11, Captain America

10:59 AM CST, 7/15/11, Bottle Rocket & Star Trek

11:05 AM CST, 7/8/11, Texas Chainsaw Massacre

10:57 AM CST, 6/29/11, Transformers 3

11:10 AM CST, 6/24/11, Cronos

11:14 AM CST, 6/17/11, Devil's Backbone

10:51 AM CST, 6/10/11, They Live

Thank you! That info is very helpful. Fingers crossed for a regular version!

If I can't get one, do you have an idea of how much they might fetch on ebay early on? Do they rise in value immediately, or might I be able to get one for a reasonable markup?

As a huge Universal Horror fan, I really regret missing out on Mondo's previous posters, especially The Phantom and Bride. I really hope I can get my order in for the two going up tomorrow.

Any word on what happened with the Struzan Frankenstein? I'm sure for many it would be a poster grail.

I don't get why they don't print enough up so they could stay available for sale for, say, a day. This is the only one I'll ever order (if I can get it) simply because I take no pleasure in sitting chained to a computer all day for a poster.

The only ones I am after are Frankenstein, The Bride Of Frankenstein, (Got the reg. edition) Son Of Frankenstein, and The Mummy. :D

And Critters 2,3, and 4.

And Making Michael Jackson's Thriller, Michael Jackson Moonwalker, and Michael Jackson's Ghosts. If we are lucky enough to see those from Mondo.

I'd love a poster from the 1943 Phantom of the Opera with Claude Rains. The Black Cat and Island of Lost Souls would be badass as well. Wouldn't mind Son of Frankenstein, either.

Thanks for the times Tom. Today will be my first attempt at trying to get a poster from them. I've hesitated in the past but that Mummy poster is too awesome not to try.

Thanks. I genuinely don't know whether to go for the Mummy regular or variant. The both look great. I think the regular's colors are more reflective of the film's settings, but the variant has that Silver Screen Edition pop going on.

I like the regular. I've never really been impressed by the variants.
