Their shipping is pretty ridiculously priced...

I think their shipping costs are very reasonable. I dont know what you guys expect them to charge.

agree, considering the tube they use could easily cost over $5 alone.

You have to consider they arent like us .. I know I recycle tubes and I dont count my time to package and ship items .. But Mondo is a business and has to account for all costs .. They pay someone to roll the prints and print off shipping receipts as well as all the materials like the new awesome yazoo tubes the super thick craft paper and the better quality tape as well as the shipping labels they print on. On top of the cost of shipping and they are self insured .. Meaning if one is damaged they are out the cost of the print they send to replace it and the cost of initial shipping and the shipping of the 2nd print .. so that counts for something even though its not an upfront cost.

Just because its possibly to drop off a poster in a recycled tube ans ship something parcel post for $5 doesnt mean thats the best way to do it. I only ship items via USPS priority with full insurance and that is typically around $8-10 .. thats not counting tubes because I recycle .. So $14 for shipping and the peace of mind that is something happens to the print they have my back is totally worth it IMHO.

$25 shipping to the uk is fair,plus the prints are very fairly priced as well..all i can say is that its a pleasure to get something from mondo that i want.No down sides at all!

Mondo's shipping is very reasonable.

If I spend $50 or more on a poster, I don't want someone throwing it in a cheap tube and mailing it Parcel Post. I'm willing to pony up the extra fee dollars to ensure the poster arrives in pristine condition.

Most on eBay are going for around $400. To be fair, you should expect at least a $100 mark up for all the hassle of shipping the darn thing.

I can't remember. I had Mesa take mine home with him, since he drove and he kindly packaged it up and just shipped it out. I should have it in a few days.

They were all out of order though when they were selling them. I don't think my number is very low, even though I was there pretty quickly when they put them up for sale.
