When are they shipping the Man of Steel prints? They said July 29 back when it went up for order. I haven't received any notice or anything

Bought a few, actually. One of them being my Halloween print. If it helps, I've gotten to know a lot of the members in person over the last year (meeting at art shows) and if you are curious about someone, just let me know their name via pm and I can tell you if I have an opinion.

Hey Brad. Sorry about the negative vibes that sometimes take hold in this community. I sometimes think as collectors ourselves, we should all step back and realize that sometimes we're on the search for something we really want, and taking that shot in the dark is really harmless. I've seen more than a few collectors here begging for freaks to help them find something they want at a reasonable price, so I think the snark is quite unwarranted. I'd like to help you. This is what you should do.

1.Go to Expressobeans.com. It's an online community like this one, but it's dedicated mostly to poster art of all kinds.

2.Sign up there

3. Under your profile, you can add the Halloween print to your wanted list and list the price you are willing to pay for it there as well. The site has a database of all posters, and those looking to sell and buy can use it to find each other. I can't say for sure that someone will bite, but it's a good start.(if you need more help or direction with this, just let me know)

4. You can also start a WTB thread in the commerce section there to get more exposure.


That's pretty much it. I'd also throw in that you should try to get a regular version, as it'll probably be much easier. Good luck and I hope you add the Halloween poster to your collection very soon.

If you're referring to me, Ben, then you obviously didn't read all the help I previously gave him. I was VERY helpful with everything. I've been more than helpful on this forum with many people. Including getting you a print you really wanted. So I deserve better than that.

Yes, I did read your previous post. However, in my personal opinion, I don't think your reaction to his second request was really warranted. I have also helped countless members here with acquiring rare or hard to find items with nothing expected in return. This has nothing to do with you helping me to acquire the Wrath of Khan print or me helping people here. Furthermore, I most certainly appreciate the help that you provided me, and I always will. I just think that as a community, we could be a little more friendly and forgiving to people that are new to collecting something that we have a passion for. If I offended you, I extend my apologies, but my opinion stands.

I like you too. My post wasn't meant as a personal attack against you. Just wanted to help the guy any way I could and comment on a pattern I'm seeing here on SSF that I'm not liking personally.
