I first saw it in Times Square opening day/night and it was craaazy, man. Since then probably once a year or so, which is what I do with many of the classics, so that's like 15-20 times. I've only seen the Director's Cut twice.

I'm just trying to keep this thread warm until Hot Toys announces the making a 12" Ripley, we know Drake is on the way and hopefully Hudson.

Need to go back a few thread pages where we discussed seeing pics of the HT protos of Ripley and Drake at a HT worktable in HK.

Well, it confirmed to many they are working on these figs b/c those figs in pic are not snap kits, they're sixth scale...

Also, if they are doing snap-kits, and the licensing is not an issue they must know the market is craving for sixth scale figs. And we have to assume they are not spending time and money to develop these figs and not release them to go with their sixth scale line. The owner of HT, Howard Chan?, is a HUUUUGE Aliens fan so I would expect an announcement from HT soon, maybe at SDCC, maybe even at a big Toy Show in Japan first week of June.

Shortly after some photos of ED-209 and Robocop appeared, they became a reality and Sideshow began taking pre-orders, so I am hoping that these will follow the same sequence of events!

You nailed the skin tone Mikey, these pics really don't do it justice as good as they are. Seeing him up close, it's just so amazing.



As Wor-Gar said to me earlier in an email, and I think he'll let me post this for us both because it is exactly how I feel too...

Man these look AMAZING Mikey! I have't received mine as yet...might be in my mailbox when I get home from work. It's been a busy work week so I haven't been on the boards to check this stuff out as much as I normally would have, but man, those look UNBELIEVABLE!
