It does look pretty good. But I'll also reserve judgement as Hot Toys knows how to photograph their figures well.

But, it's still just a poor man's custom Alien Resurrection figure.
Needs custom alterations to be on target. Those will come.

You'd think they'd have actually made Grid as a figure over this one though.
I am actually dissapointed, but in my show of support of all things ALIEN, the thing's ordered!

The pictures make it look great, especially the head, but its just a "brown" alien at the end of the day. I like the facehugger extra... but I'll wait for the next entry....

I've been so trained at how Sideshow exclusives work that my first thought was it's a shame the facehuggers won't become standared additions. Then I remembered that it's the figure that is exclusive and Hot Toys works differently than Sideshow. So I think your fingers will not be crossed in vain.

That facehugger doesn't look much different from the ones that came with the McFarlane 12" the only difference is the HT one is fully painted.

I hear ya gdb, I know in my gut we'll see an "ALIENS" Warrior and a Queen and Power Loader too, Howard Chan is an absolute 80's film nutjob like us, if he did an Ed 209 believe me, he'll do it.
