As I stated on the other thread, I'm a little less happy now that I've seen the warrior...
There's just too many things wrong with it. I'm sure I'll get one, it looks wicked, but it's far from accurate. Hell, Les' managed to customize a more accurate version out of McFarlane's alien!
Overall, I'm disappointed.
The PL, on the other hand! Man, that looks truly beautiful!

Yeah, it looks about 16.5 - 17 inches (frame) using Ripley as scale. That means the Queen is probably 20-24 inches depending on how she's designed for posing, most likely crouched somewhat...
You can see the detail in the Warrior head much better in that light, remember its a proto but is probably fairly close to approval as it's a 3rd qtr release... well, estimated. Knowing Howard, he will make changes to insure as much accuracy as possible but I don't think we'll see much in variation or dome sculpt changes... we'll see.

We'll know about the PL tomorrow or at least my dealer source will, figure in the Ed range, maybe a bit more if it has a light function beam... this is all speculation on my part. You'll definitely know when I know...

Well I'm back from a busy weekend and... this is unbelieveable!
I'm so IN for the Power Loader and Aliens Alien. So glad I held out and didn't pull the tirgger on the AvP alien...although I may get him too!!!! The "bug" has bitten me. Its all about ALIENS now. The hell with SW and the little chess table.
Can you imagine a set-up with a couple aliens, the 5 marines, Ripley and her power loader... and the inevitable QUEEN ALIEN at SDCC to go with it? Its too much to fathom.
All I know is I can't wait for 3rd quarter. No, seriously, I can't. I want it now. I thought Jabba on that throne was was amazing in its sheer size... but this power loader is going to be insane. And whether it works or not, I will find a way to get that siren light to light up and spin!
