You guys know these aren't actually from '79, right?

Okay, full disclaimer: These two-packs are brand new and we are joking about “discovering” them. As far as we have been able to ascertain, ALIEN figures were never displayed at any toy show or event, which made us wonder what really happened behind the scenes. Taking that curiosity further, we decided to create “the sales samples that never existed” and turn it into fun collectible…and a great way to kick off the ReAction Figure series!

Just felt the need to repost that paragraph...

Yeah, I read that. What I'm after is the early bird kit only. I don't need the proto mockups, or the stands, as mine will just stay on display in their packages. And I don't need the brochures either. Already had them from WonderCon and gave them all away...

Just the early bird kit. :panic:

As long as I can get the regular line I'm good. SDCC being on the other side of the country is a blessing. That **** is always out of reach. I have half-assed NYCC to contend with. :lol

Yeah, C2E2 and Wizard World Chicago here are nothing compared to SDCC. We don't get any exclusives anymore. I wish I could go to SDCC just one year to see what it's like.

Been there two years, first time ('10) was for two days, second time ('12) was for all four. After the second time, I felt a little con'd out. Fun but very exhausting and with the exception of seeing new pieces in person and going to preview panels, it felt the same both times. I'd recommend going once for three days to get a good taste and that's it.

Maybe if you make it a point to go to the panels. I'm an exhibit hall man myself so while I do enjoy standing in line for a few panels, I don't go to enough of them to warrant attending every year.

I'm in the I need help boat to get these. If anyone can hook a brother up I'd be eternally greatful, just want the early bird kit :duff

I'm definitely down for these, but I have no idea how hard they will be to get. I'm hoping there are plenty to go around.

I don't see the info... is there a limit on the quantities of Early Bird packages?

Sounds like if you order the full set of figures for $100, you get the early bird kit. I hope this keeps away the casual flippers due to the price.

Early Bird Kit will be mine. Wheels are in motion. :D

Watching Alien tonight. Damn! The Director's Cut is ten years old already!
