But the pic shown is of an Alien Resurrection alien, not the Aliens variety.

Yeah, I'm baffled as well, but the design is clearly of the Alien Resurrection/AvP variety (they have only minor differences, like the hands, legs and overall color scheme -A:R borown, AvP black) and not the Alien/Aliens variety (again differences in hands, feet and most notable the lack of clear dome).
I hope this is a proto, but if SST are marketing it as an exclusive, I doubt it would be the actual Aliens design, it would be pretty silly of HT not to make such a figure available to everyone.
As I type this it dawns on me that this could actually mean that HT is not going to make an Aliens alien/warrior... why else would they allow this exclusive?

I'm afraid the HT proto pic is what they are offering, the SSC description of an "Aliens" Warrior is confusing and misleading.

Maybe Dusty can clear this up...

The Alien will be either from the A. vs P. or ALIENS (to keep the product in a defined line) and that one is from Alien 4 Resurrection

Well, hopefully this gets cleared up soon. I have no interest if this is just a Resurrection Alien. It would make my heart cry if that were the case...

It looks to be the Resurrection or AvP Alien.

If the variant has the A:R legs and other details from the A:R aliens I'll buy it, otherwise it's an esay pass.
