I would definitely recommend the red x

I'm not aware of any single release encompassing all the film scores but maybe there is one. I got the Deluxe edition Aliens Soundtrack and downloaded the 2 Disc Alien and regular Alien 3 scores.

I have been searching and have been unable to find one that contains all four.. What I linked was some trilogy set, but it looks like it doesn't even have all the tracks..idunno.

I guess I'll just buy them on eBay one at a time.

Now I just need to find out what is best to play them through..
I'm clueless when it comes to CD player stuff..

I recommend a Meridian CD player with a McIntosh amp combination, Salk HT4 speakers all tied together with Nordost cables, but that's just me.

Maybe this has been asked before , but after reading the last pages of this thread, about the predator's honor, and how they do not aid or act during another predator's hunt and all that.

How does that honor code applies to Scar's actions?

At the end of AVP, Scar Predator uses his nuke to try and blow the ice cave with all the aliens and their queen inside, instead of his predecesors, (P1 and P2 and the ancient Predators shown in the flashback) he didn't try to use it to blow himself up, instead he was determined to survive the explosion, and it was stablished that when they failed, they used it to kill everything, predators, aliens, humans (entire civilizations were vanished), but apparently Scar had something else in mind, and that kind of death was not part of his plans.

You can't really compare the avp franchise to the originals.

But what do you mean? He wasn't on his last breath.. He was doing whatever he could to survive.

He hadn't "failed" yet, but if he didn't use the nuke he would have.

I know that AVP and AVPR cannot be compared to P1, P2 or even Predators, maybe they belong to the same category as Terminator 3 "films that shouldn't have been made".

Was he so confident of his sucess with with the nuke or was he couting on his comrades on the ship to fix everything up?

Anyway... This is how I see it...

He knows the nuke will kill them all. He knows he's not going to survive unless he nukes. He wasn't pinned down like the other 3 were in the flash back... He could live, but only if he nuked at that moment.
I don't really think what he did would be going against a code or anything.. I think he was just being smart.

The plan was to enter the maze and exit alive, so Scar didn't do anything wrong. It was Scar's first hunt and he nearly survived...nearly.

Well, not exactly. It was an altered version of the oiginal Predator design. I made up this whole backstory, was like a documentary.

Hey guys, I was just wondering if someone could provide me with a full list of all the Hot Toys 1:6 scale Predators for me please? I am interested in collecting some (if I can find them at reasonable prices) but I don't really know how many there are and what they are called. Some links would be nice to thread discussions.

Thanks in advance, any help will be greatly appreciated. I would do this myself only I am new to collecting and haven't really built up that great a dossier of information yet. I know this is going to be expensive as I have seen a few go for £400+ so it will take years to complete the collection (being a student) but I have to start somewhere!
