Does anyone here watch Samurai Champloo?

Just wondering if I could get some feedback on what it's like and if it's worth the $41 amazon wants for the complete series on blu ray.

I only buy the series I really love or just have to own. My anime collection consists of about maybe 15 dvds.

yeah its funny cause I bought the damn thing, but havent even watched mine yet either. I actually watched it on the netflix instant. I'll throw my copy in one of these days when I need my FLCL fix.

...the first BD release was one of FUNimation's earlier Blu-ray releases, and it had a lot of compression issues, etc. This latest release is a new encode and fixes a lot of the earlier issues. Oh, and by the way, you can get it for $28 right now!

my DVD box is all black. I don't think it's the very first release
