YoNoSe: I just noticed that your Hellboy head is not the one that come with the Sideshow figure? Where the hell ( 
) is it from? It almost looks like the Mezco sculpts. I'm not too hot on the Sideshow headsculpt, it has a really odd expression. I can fix the paint, the weird expression I cannot fix.
icruise: I have considered using a BBI body as it has that chest with super large pecs but I much prefer the way the shoulders/neck look on the ACE body as well as much prefering the way the ACE legs look in the pants. To me the biggest difference between a lot of the newer better bodies and the older bodies is anatomically correct legs instead of just sticks with some muscle lines thrown on. The legs are actually the right shape. I could bulk out the chest a bit on the ACE body (I'm a decent sculptor I think) but with the coat on I'm not sure it's necessary.
As far as the boots are concerned seeing pics of them, I think I agree with you. Not only do they look silly, they also seem pretty weak in the sculpt department in general. The ones he has on are like ice-climbing boots. I may look for something different... or hell perhaps even just stick with those. They seem to work and are a nice soft rubber that allows a lot of ankle movement.

Any suggestions on replacements for some of the pouches and stuff on Hellboy's belt? At the very least something to replace that god-awful plastic holster.
