I think Apollyon will be one we only appreciate after its released and sold out. Can't find anyone selling the damn thing though. Don't want to pay BBTS custon charges

Once Takara comes out the Megatron V2, it'll do to Apollyon what it did to KFC Citizen Stack, so I wouldn't worry too much about getting Apollyon

I'd worry more about how long (if ever) it'll take Takara to release Megatron v2--especially one that beats Apollyon. I'd rather have Apollyon on my shelf and it Takara does it then compare the two figures. In the meantime, this is a great representation of Megatron to have on my shelf.

Or what happens to Apollyon will be what happened to Quakewave. Given Takara's well established character choices as well as other information available it seems more likely they'll come out with an MP Optimus Primal sooner than they do Megatron.

All that said none of that can be known for sure so if you want a Megatron and you like Apollyon and have the money to get one… well get it. What's the worst that will happen? You have two Megatrons you like?

Thing is if Takara have waited this long & still haven't teased anything then I pretty much doubt we'll ever see one from them.

Exactly. $150 Really doesn't break the bank considering what other companies charge for their collectibles.

Here's my Transformers Masterpiece coin collection to date! Love these things! I just wish I managed to get a hold of the extremely rare coin that came with the recent MP-8X reissue in some regions of Asia. That coin craps all over the garbage plastic throne that was included elsewhere!

It's a shame Hasbro Asia cancelled the MP-23 Exhaust coin because I was really looking forward to adding that to the collection!

It's always a good time.

I was pretty conservative with buying this year... I mean, I got the Tiger Force exclusives (sold off the IG ones - just not really an Iron Grenadier fan, I guess), but other than that, just some odds and ends for my vintage collection (I did finally get a nice straight-arm Zap with double-handled Bazooka, which was nice!), and some oddball items, like an unused Diamond sticker book (with a bunch of unopened packs), that old GI Joe Adventure board game, and probably my favourite item, a sketch of Shipwreck and Polly by Devil's Due artist (and CEO) Josh Blaylock, along with his book on self-publishing comics (which I plan on using, btw!).

Curt from TFSource was there with a bunch of MP Transformers and the Acid Rain stuff (which was AWESOME in hand). I guess he brought a bunch of third party TF stuff as well, but the Club told him to get rid of it, which was a real shame... Nice guy though.

Here's a look at the newest Stunticon, Combiner Wars Offroad. Offroad is currently taking the place of Wildrider and doing a very good job. He has a great alt mode and robot mode with a fun but simple transformation. Please rate, comment and subscribe!
