I just pulled up an episode on youtube and paused when most of the autobots were standing together. Other than Bumblebee being a little too big that group shot up above looks pretty accurately scaled.

Bulkhead is a tad too short too. He towers over Prime in the cartoon.

Do you know the episode where Bumblebee races the Street Demons in the beginning and there's an accident on the freeway? I paused that when the Autobots were standing around as the police were taking the one guy away and Bulkhead is about the same size to Optimus as in your pic. Perhaps the animators are a little inconsistent with the scale as well? Or maybe it was just the angle.

Is it assumed that all appropriate robots will get Leader class versions? Starscream also seems to be bigger than Prime on the cartoon.

The animation is sometimes inconsistent. For some reason Bulkhead's size does kind of change.

The episode you are looking for is Ep. 21 Velocity.

No Starscream is the right scale. He should be a voyager class.

Megatron is a Leader class figure and he's much taller than Starscream and Prime. Lugnut is the one figure that is ABSOLUTELY out of scale. He should be the same size as Megatron and Bulkhead but he ends up being the same size as Bumbleebee. Hasbro!!!

The only other confirmed Leader class figure is Ultra Magnus.

I really like these toys. I went in to Toys R Us and they had pretty much all the ones you have save the dinobots and Jazz. I can see how addictive they must be. They did a great job of making them playable toys that look just like their animated counterparts.

This morning I saw a little bit of the episode where Starscream gets a chunk of the Allspark and Optimus Prime and Sentinel Prime fight him and capture him at the end. Starscream falls over and is like twice the size of Prime! Did the Allspark make him bigger? I have it in on in the background when I'm getting ready for work so I never get to see a full episode. :lol

The scale of the robots were all over the place in G1 too.
In the movie Astrotrain initially appears to be an average sized Transformer then is suddenly able to transport all the other Decepticons in the back of him including Devastator.

Will they make a Powermaster trailer for Prime as well, I wonder? :D

If anyone here is interested in Transformers Animated but hasn't seen much but is interested in giving it a shot tune in this Saturday on Cartoon Network at 10:30 AM EST. CN will be showing Part 1 of a Bridge Too Close, the 2 part season ender. I just saw it on You Tube and these are two of the best episodes they have done so far.
Like I said, if you are at all interested in giving the new show a chance watch it, DVR it, set up you VCR and tape it but just don't miss it.

I saw that episode, it was really cool.

On a different note, I got a complete set of Trans Scanning figs today. they are pretty good. My only Problems are that the shoulder armor on Prime falls off too easy, and they are hard to transform. But, if you have the choice to get them, you really should. They are really great figs for the size. A more detailed review later.

hey guys , some of you will probably be interested in this ! :rock
