Attention to all of you going to SDCC:

That's an awful lot of placement for a film and studio not even supposed to be attending don't you think? i am sure we can expect a few BIG surprises during Comic Con 2008 regarding STAR TREK!

Moving on, TRANSFORMERS 2 and G.I. JOE will both be showing early footage to fans during Comic Con 2008.

How do you see it? Attend the HASBRO panel!

Paramount will not be holding a panel for the films but will be giving HASBRO footage to show at their panel, there may even be a few surprises along with those as well!

The official programming schedule will be posted on the Comic-con.org website soon!

San Diego here we come....all 140,000 of us!!

I don't think that Waspinator is going to be a simple repaint, to be honest...Would suck if it was. :(

And according to one of the admins on TFW (who's friends with Aaron Archer), Shockwave will have 2 vehicle modes (crane/tank) and 2 robot modes (Longarm/Shockwave). Let's hope that's true!

BTW, was it just me, or was the season finale fan-^^^^ing-tastic? :rock

You aren't lying. I am a big fan and was left a little disappointed by the Japanese Transformers in recent years.
Transformers Animated has been a breath of fresh air. The re-imagining of G1 with a splash of Beast Wars and a touch of the Movie has been just what I needed. I can't wait for the next season to start.

I got Prime at Target.
thanks Bagels, that's were I went this morning, and sure enough, they were putting Primes, or one Prime, on the shelf. That's the one I got today. Just for the fun of it, I walked to a few other stores around Target, and they didn't have any Primes, so I guess I got lucky. That type of ^^^^ happens to me about once a year.:lol
Onto the pics. And a pic of my small Animated collection.

Also, bagels, I think you forgot to pull Prime's legs down. I can't really tell for sure from your pic.

Glad to hear you got him man! :rock

Oh, and you might be right. I'll check when I get home. I transformed him at a BBQ, so it's very possible :lol

those are really nice.........:D

I had some free time this morning so I went to Walmart and it looked like the Hasbro fairy had stopped by. All kinds of new Star Wars and Transformers stuff. I won't be home until late tonight so I snapped a few iPhone pictures.

I picked up three of the new animated "activators" which are small figures with simple transformations. They look surprisingly good and transform almost completely at the touch of a button. They're too expensive at around $8, but otherwise nice. I got them thinking maybe my son could play with them, but I think they're a little too fragile just yet. Maybe in a little while.

I also got three of the new classics: Sunstreaker, Prowl, and Tankor. They're fairly nice.

Great scores icruse. I'll be going to Target after work to try and catch the Universe line (saw the empty pegs for them yesterday, so they should have stocked this morning).

Also, i've decided to go and collect the Takara reissues line now. So i'll have to go back a bit and find the sold out ones, and order the newer ones from BBTS or something.

Omega Supreme and Metroplex just look too good. :rock

Sorry, but are these the size of deluxes?

If you're talking about the classics, yes.

I really like the activators. One thing I'm not crazy about with modern transformers is that they tend to be overly complicated to transform. They're amazing pieces of engineering, but if you actually want to play with them, something that takes 20 minutes to transform isn't optimal. The activators take literally around 5 seconds to transform, but they still look just about as good as the deluxe animated figures.

Prowl and Sunstreaker look great and will be a must have--- Tankor?... Are you *&(%I* me?... Leave that one on the pegs.:monkey4
