MMC Backdraft review with a side by side comparison with Make Toys Hellfire,

Just watched it & if I'm honest seeing them side by side I prefer Make Toys Hellfire
Backdraft just looks too skinny & lanky for me
Backdraft definitely does a lot right but just not the one for me this time so I'll be sticking with what I have

Like I said before, both companies have done Inferno very well, just in different ways.
XTransbots are also doing something different as they've put the vehicle mode scale first so it'll be noticeably bigger.
I might still get Make Toys Grapple as I like the idea of him being a bit more squat and chunky, but it depends how much I like the Backdraft mold in hand.
I finished the first series of Beast Wars last night and thought it was very cool. Am really looking forward to seeing series 2!
Unfortunately I won't be having any of them until my birthday in June but damn they look good.
Sad I have to buy my own birthday presents for the family but at least I get what I really want this way
If release dates hold true then June should be a mega TF month for me as Fans Toys Hound & Kickback are due along with the re-release of Bombshell all of which are on pre-order (Hound & Kickback are my Christmas presents from my parents so I'm itching to get them)
Going to be a fun time

Definitely.
Both are very good representations of Inferno so everyone should be able to find the one they really want, I just happen to feel the beefier look of Hellfire is the better one for me.
Will be interested to see what route Takara take with their vision of him.
Glad to hear you are getting through BW & enjoying it.
Season 2 ramps up the cool factor

I would go with one of the recent, officially produced sets. They aren't MP-quality, but they look on par with just about anything else out there, and will run you about $300+ less than anything else. I've seen the Hasbro one discounted significantly, on top of that. Until a true, MP-quality set comes out, I wouldn't do anything more than that.Way to piss on someones chips there ^^
Need advice please. What are the best Devastor sets to go for? Ive lost track now. Its an itch that needs scratching and i want a set on display. Just which one though?!

My concern with a Triple Changer is that there's a lot more potential for something to go wrong than a character like Blaster who turns into little more than a box and KFC's track record doesn't inspire any confidence as a customer.

I can't wait for either Fans Toys or Takara to finally tackle Astrotrain and Blitzwing.
If there was ever a category for "most pointless release ever" this would win it:
