I just got my first revoltech transformer today, Ultra Magnus, and I was wondering, what are these? like extra joints incase one breaks?

Comparisons pic of Animated Prowl and Samurai Prowl without the armor. Looks like Samurai Prowl got quite an extensive retooling!

New wings, new armcovers, new head, new windshield, a 'bird beak' on the front that helps hide the waistjoint...Veeery nice, glad I waited with picking up Prowl.

The only part that looks better is the hidden waist joint.

I like the original headsculpt on Prowl better than the new one but it's no big deal as I'll be displaying the Samurai version with the armor on.
I hope that Wheeljack,Perceptor and some of the other season 3 characters get decent toys as with the exception of Masterpiece Grimlock I don't think there's going to be much else in the way of new stuff released next year that I'll be intrested in.

I like the color scheme, but already have the figure, so won't be buying.

Picked up these two today at TRU. I have a buddy who works there now and he called me last night that he found them. He hid them behind some movie figures for me . However, they wouldn't scan. They finally let me go get one of the older classics figures and scan that. I was afraid they were going to say they couldn't sell them to me.

Getting both of these in the Henkei versions though. Differences are worth it to me.
