Still absolutely horrible. Just not a fan of the design, the paint, the everything.

Like I said though, I don't collect the movie stuff, so no worries on my end. They'll still look bad ass on screen.

Ayup, I have a feeling that this will look MUCH more badass on screen then it does on the toy, though it is impressive they managed to cram so much detail on such a small figure. And if that is how Soundwave will appear thoughout the whole film, then he'll mostly have the colors down; he even has the red and yellow bits on his legs that were there on G1 Soundwave!

Nope, I like this one to, only thing it needs is a proper lower body with long legs to make him tall and imposing, instead of just the latter.

Soundwave's Movie design joins the list of Bayformers I have no intrest in but I am intrested in seeing how the SR-71 Blackbird incarnation of Jetfire looks both onscreen and the in toy form.

Thanks, and I'm not sure if you're familiar with Dalianjj. He made an amzing G1 Optimus trailer before takara finally decided to release theres, and his was still far superior and more accurate so I have no doubts this Ultra Magnus trailer will also be amazing as well.

His first Optimus trailers were around $50 a few years ago and they were definitely worth that. I have no idea what Dalianjj would charge for the Ultra Magnus trailer/armour now, and I suck at speculating prices, but if money's not an issue and you want one right now, go here

He's been making them for awhile now so the newer ones probably look even better. I was hoping to be able to buy one some day, but since I've been very satisfied with Dalianjj's work so far, I'm gonna have to stick with his for now.

no word yet on relase dates/prices, but I would hope around spring/summertime.

And yup, that's the Tit UM and besides UM & HR, the only TF's I collect are of Optimus, Megatron, the Seekers, and Sounwave and Japanese G1. I try to keep my collection looking "neat", so I only display whatever Autobots I can fit neatly in one detolf and the Decepticons the same way in another Detolf.
Are you an UM fan too? There doesn't seem to be much of those

I regret passing on the Tit UM, I saw it just once. The kit armor for the revoltech looks sweet but too pricey. I want that Classic UM with the armor but have to hold off for now. I'm just a G1 fan of all the characters.

Yeah, there's only 2 more G1 style UM's I really need. The Revoltech UM kit looks, which looks sweet, but I suck at customizing things. And the World's Smallest Ultra Magnus, which is pretty much my grail, and will probably stay that way b/c those things are not worth anywhere near the asking price nowadays
