Purple on the Henkei isn't dark enough to match the toy, and it doesn't have any silver/grey bits like the Hasbro one does. Maybe Hasbro and Takara made the agreement to do the colors different as well.

Looking at my pic again, I noticed that one of the stickers on Hoist's leg has already fallen off before I took the pic... just a warning to you guys getting these, the stickers on these two really blow. I'm going to order a pack from Reprolabels myself, especially since Takara jipped me on that stinkin red square for Trailbreaker's shoulders.

A great idea but I don't see it happening any time soon as with the current economic climate I can't see Takara wanting to spend thousands on 6 brand new molds that would be roughly the same scale as Binaltech/Alternators.
