do we know what type of game it's going to be?

Early reports suggest it'll be a 3rd person shooter along the lines of Gear Of War.

Some intresting news on the next Alternity mold as several sites are listing Starscream & Skywarp as the next characters which would be an intresting idea given that they are usually some sort of aircraft.

I LOVE this guy :D

News update. :lol

First up: Powercore Combiner, unknown Decepticon rescue vehicle.

Cons: A stupid, stupid name for the Minicon. Chopster? REALLY? And the upper legs are a bit too blocky.

Pro's: He can hang out with Barricade! Cool looking and unusual design too. The Minicon is a Unicron Trilogy gimmick done right; it adds to the figure but is not crucial for it, and doesn't enforce any gimmicks on him. I approve, this is what Armada should have done from the beginning. He also looks a bit too simple for a deluxe, and too complicated/potentially big for a scout...Maybe the PCC figures are an inbetween class, new to Universe 3?

Cyber Ops Bumblebee; not a leader Bee after all!

Pro's: Looks kinda good. Decent engineering. Chest looks like it's the right size after all. Most accurate transforming Bee out there. And are those rubber tires I see? Clever hip kibble too.

Cons: STUPID GIMMICKY TOY. Sculpting is definately not up too leader class standards. Unposeable hand, again. Hasbro? Wrist joints, please. If your smaller figures can have it, then the big ones certainly can. Frail looking legs too. Deluxe-class paintjob. Doesn't look quite as good as HA Bumblebee; it's accurateness works against it in that regard.

Eh, maybe it will look better with in hand pics. But right now I'm really just not feeling it.

Enough with the movie shheet already Hasblow!!, Vintage Star Wars line coming..maybe learn from that and release new Transformer molds of the G1 in old style boxes.

Power Core combiners = FAIL
Cyber Ops Bumblebee = FAIL

Thanks Hasbro for saving me more money.

So we're judging toys that arent even out yet by crappy pictures of them now?
Ever heard of "dont judge a book by its cover"?
Theres toys out now that i desperately want now after seeing proper in-hand, hi-res pictures of them that i dismissed as being crap when i first saw blurry, low-res stock photos of them.

Look, i'm a fan of Transformers, period. It's past an addiction. Be it G1, G2, Beast Wars, Cybertron, Armada, Energon, Animated... whichever. I even enjoyed the movies. The more TF the better.

However.

Growing tired of the movie toys... they've overdone and overdone (which admittedly, we all know Hasbro does on ANY toyline). But please, just get rid of the movie crap til TF3, and focus more on G1 Commemorative releases, Classics/Universe line, Animated, and the upcoming video game toyline.

NO MORE MOVIE STUFF.

I'm done with the Movie designs until TF3 UNLESS Hasblo make,

HA Jazz, '74 Camaro Bumblebee, Jolt, Sideways or the ice cream truck

Leader Class Ironhide, Long Haul or Blackout/Grindor

Cyber Ops BB looks slightly more accurate than the HA in places but very ugly overall and the new Powercore combiners look like a weird hybrid of G1 and Bayformers design aesthetics which IMO doesn't work.

What I'd like to see is,

War For Cybertron ( may be coming )
Classics 3.0
The remaining Animated toys given a definite release date
