Well, I bought the original Bumblebee toy (Big one) with the sounds. A few years later I bought a Camaro SS in Inferno Orange :) You can call me a fan of the series :)..

sorry to hear about your gerbil man.

nice purchase :rock

Thanks for the words, it's much appreciated :)
Ron had a tumor that was too large for the vet to risk operating on so I opted to have him put to sleep as I didn't want to see him suffer any more :(

As for Wreck-Gar I think he's pretty cool despite the large backpack.
Thanks to Hasbro I now have garbage truck and an ice cream truck in my collection as well as a toaster so even if the paint apps or character choices in certain scales are often somewhat lacking I'll give them credit for making some original choices for alt modes in the last year or so.

Although I've not been the world's biggest fan of Animated I wouldn't mind getting the show accurate Ultra Magnus, and the still to be released Rodimus & Arcee so I can put them with Blurr and Wreck-Gar in a small "Class of '86" setup.

I only purchased two TFs in the last two years. G1 original Jetfire (mint) and the MP Grimlock. Like you guys said, there isn't enough stellar TF stuff coming out that screams I want it vs. the kick-ass Hot Toys figures that have been pumped out lately. I am actually getting back into DiD's figures, and add to the fact I also collect SideShow statues, I have no money left over for TFs, despite the fact it still is my favorite toyline to date.

Yeah I saw that Jetfire, he was pretty nice. :monkey2

any one have any ideas on how much longer we will be suffering through the movie designs?

eager for a return to the classics and or universe series.
Yes, hurry up and get back to releasing the same sh!+ that's been released for the last 30 years; I'm in desperate need of being overcharged for a 97th take on G1 Starscream.

No problem man. I had a guinea pig a few years back, so I know the feeling. I can't imagine when my dog and cat's time comes. :(

But, on a better note...

I love the animated line, and it's one TF line that I *almost* have in its entirety. Blurr and Wreck-Gar are really cool figures... but I definitely cannot wait for Rodimus and Arcee. The designs are great, and I really love the nods that they give to the G1 designs.

Good call with the '86 lineup... gotta give props to my favorite animated film of all time. :rock

I love the Animated line so much I found a "Hard Head" Ultra Magnus at Walmart for 20 bucks and picked him up. Man I wish they would release season 3. :(

Guess you'd rather stick to the 97th take on Movie fumblebee? :lol

It's transformers man, reissues,, and new takes on Older designs is the name of the game. Those of you that like the movie designs, that's great.
Personally, I think they're terrible.

That said, I'm hoping this next bout of universe shows us New takes on shockwave, soundwave, perceptor, and other Autobots and decepticons we've not seen get the universe treatment.

Anyone have pics of the new Leaderclass Prime & Jetfire twin pack by Takara? I would like to see what are the paint differences on JetFire & whether its worth buying.

Here's a pic I found. It's definately worth buying though, even if it is a little bit expensive.

I hope we see actual gameplay footage soon 'cos the cutscenes are nice but are no guarantee of a decent game.
