Yep he is one amazing looking toy! Its great to finally have a leader version. Ironhide finally has the toy he deserves!
Him, along with Sentinel Prime and Leader BB will be mine...unless i get MP BB in which case i wont bother with the leader....ah who the hell am i kidding, i'll get both!

From the sounds of it, it's the GI Joe exclusive. Though maybe it's a shared one, because there's no word on what Transformers will get at SDCC this year.

I haven't followed the new Joes for awhile, but it's cool that they've finally gotten around to doing the "Skystriker."

I've already got a Megatron gun for my Cobra Commander from Marauder John.

It's a shame that TFW exploded, because there was an article linked there that talked about Generations for a bit, as well as Hot Rod. Can't for the life of me find the link to it again. But it basically talked about how Generations will continue into 2011, and that Hasbro will be aiming to fix the QC issues for Hot Rod, especially the more severe ones. Hot Rod is still on track for 2011 as well.

MP Hot Rod, the one that will come without the trailer but with his Targetmaster. And I said that Generations will continue throughout the year, not that Hot Rod is in it. He'll get his own standalone release, like the other US Masterpieces.

TFW is now back up and I spent all of 5 minutes perusing the pics of the new stuff and there was absolutely nothing of intrest or at least not to the point where I'd consider buying any of it.

I just did the same thing and have to agree. The only things I thought that looked 1/2 way decent were Arcee, Bumblebee and Starscream from the Prime line. I'm personally a Ratchet guy so I was hoping he would make it in the first wave. Doesn't fully matter though, I'm not a very big fan of the new stuff. Overall I felt those toys looked pretty decent for what we've seen on screen.

The Toy Fair stuff I've seen has been kind of blah. I think the Marvel Universe items looked the best of the bunch. Too bad the final product won't be near as nice as the promo pics.

The Joe/Transformer SDCC exclusive of the Skystriker as Starscream with Cobra Commander as the pilot was impressive though. Those will go quick!

Really disappointed in the Thundercat's classic line too. That was the one line of smaller toys that I was seriously interested in. Looks like I get to save more money for HT's figure, dang!

Congrats on the purchases...weird that they were overall the same colors!
