None of the above would work in a live action movie, it simply wont. It would look so silly.
Throughout the history of television, film and indeed other forms of entertainment there have been all kinds of concepts that on paper sound completely ludicrous but somehow manage to work to great effect eg,
The longest running sci-fi show in the world is about an alien with two hearts travelling through time in a machine that looks like a 1960's police box.....2013 is it's 50th anniversary.
The Back to the Future movies feature a similar time travel concept only using a DeLorean.....didn't stop them becoming hugely popular,
One of the most successful gimmicks in professional wrestling is a guy that's meant to be an undead zombie.....the Undertaker has been among the top stars for over 20 years now.
With the right performers and production team pretty much anything could work, including mass shifting Transformers, it just requires a little imagination.....movies are meant to be a form of escapism so why let reality get in the way?
Live action isn't the way I'd do it anyway, a fully animated CGI movie would be preferable to me.
Maybe it wouldn't make the same money as the Bayformers movies have but it wouldn't necessarily have to for it to be considered a success.
I'm a realist, I know such a movie is unlikely but it's no big deal because for me Transformers has never been about the big screen movies or various cartoon series anyway.
willowcrew,
iGear made the scaled down MP Prime, not FansProject.
