Thrust looks amazing.

I really want the new iGear seekers but alas my spare cash is currently tied up for the PF Joker, Hot Toys Bats & Joker & saving towards a new Tattoo.

Fingers crossed they still have some spare in a month or 2 when I'm feeling a bit more flush.

Congrats on the new purchase he really looks stunning & I always love your photography for them.

Thrust is damn good, there's no difference to official versions of the mold in terms of plastics, all the joints are tight and the newly molded parts are all excellent, just a shame that the plane's nosecone isn't black to match the headsculpt.

The mod to remove the ugly hip kibble also makes a big difference to the overal aesthetic and could be enough to tempt a few people into buying all the original Seekers should they be made.

The only issues I have are a couple of very minor paint issues and the right abdomen piece has some molding marks but nothing major....I've seen worse on official stuff.

The lack of instruction manual is a bit odd. I suppose iGear feel that the majority of people intrested enough to buy the Coneheads will already own at least one official version of the mold but for me it's something that should always be included.

As with other versions of the same mode, getting different poses out of it can be a bit tricky but there's always the option of the stand if you can't get the right pose for your display.

Overall I'd rate Thrust 8.5/10 and I'll certainly be getting Ramjet & Dirge in the near future.

I also took one of Bludgeon with his new tank barrel today as I recieved the Headrobots upgrade from Kapow Toys,

The batteries ran out before I could take some pics of the 'bot mode with the new swords and headsculpts but I'll do some tomorrow.

Thanks! that one is the Takara version but I also have 2 Hasbro ones to use as Sweeps,

iGear's Thrust is still available on their website and a few ebay sellers have him for around the same price but move quick as Ramjet is sold out if you just want one by itself although you can still get all 3 as a set.

He's my favorite Conehead too, I'll probably get Ramjet next although he may have to wait a bit as the next pre-order for a TFC Constructicon should be soon, probably around the end of the month which is when Long Haul is supposed to ship....I don't want to miss one of those!

Wish I'd kept up with the recent releases but I've pretty much just focused on the MP's & ignored everything else...including the iGear & FP releases which I'm trying to backtrack on now & pick up, going to get expensive I think

broken joints, getting either two left or two right hands, planet shell pieces, etc. amazon is trying to get replacements, and more stock. they should have them in a few months.

I'm unfortunately in the same boat... Thrust looks great, but I've got MOTUC, Sideshow GI Joes, Hot Toys Supes and of course, the TFC Constructicons and iGear Ironhide and Ratchet to get still... Just can't justify the extra at this point.

Thrust is my favourite of the Coneheads as well - I think it's the colour scheme. But if I get Thrust I will end up getting the others as well, I just know it!

ROTF Bludgeon with HeadRobots Blood:The Dark Warrior upgrades,

G1 inspired "Skeletor" face,

Remove the helmet, swivel the face 180 degrees and replace the helmet for,

IDW comic inspired face,

The new swords are cast in a much more rigid plastic than the originals, have excellent chrome on the blades and the green is a near perfect match for the main toy....overall another great release from HeadRobots.

They seem about the same, the longer sword is a slightly looser fit than the shorter one but both fit nice & tightly.

Unfortunately I don't think my collection will be anywhere near the quality of yours...most of mine is now just Beast Wars
