Don't ignore RID entirely though. Yeah, first wave has some weak offerings, but Wheeljack, Vehicon v2, Megatron and Soundwave look terrific. And the line looks like it will only improve with Knock Out, voyager Starscream, Skyquake, etc. The FE incident deserves flak, but don't write the line off based on that.

I agreed, I hope Hasbro uses the FE Voyager Prime and Bulkhead mold for further RID releases, then I'm sure most of us would not be as annoyed for the FE cancellation.

So far the RID Optimus, and Bumble have looked bad compared to the FE versions. But i do agree that the Megatron, Wheeljack, and Soundwave look outstanding. Not so sure about Ratchet. I ordered a Takara Arcee from BBTS cuz she is my favorite character. I'll see what happens with trying to obtain the other ones later on.

Yea I think Ratchet looks pretty good. His orange might be a bit too bright but I think overall, it looks pretty dang close to the show.

i managed to get an order in for the takara bulkhead at robot kingdom, but i also ordered 2 preorder products, the last of which comes out in march, and they won't ship bulkhead until then... this is crappy. I'm just worried come march they will be like, OH he is out of stock. even though I've already paid.

wow, I'm really pissed, exactly what i thought was going to happen now has. like i said i ordered 3 items from robot kingdom, one was the takara FE bulkhead, when he was in stock. and the other 2 were preorders. I've been back and forth in emails with them for days trying to find a way for them to ship bulkhead to me before march, when the last preorder comes in, because i was afraid they wouldn't in fact hold the bulkhead for me.
low and behold i get an email from them tonight saying he is sold out. even though I've paid for mine! robot kingdom makes you pay for your preorder and all other items right when you buy, so i did, and now he is not there, and i could have got him somewhere else before the hasbro announcement of them not coming to the USA. I'm so mad.

Well, like a idiot picked up the RID Voyager (Powerizor?...wth) Prime today...

Thinking i was gonna get something alot like the FE....what i get...is a £23 paper-weight...

Wish i hadnt bothered now...i'm £23 short for a less than fair figure

well first he said they don't have it, and because of the chinese new year they weren't working but they were still getting orders on product they didn't even have.THEN i put up a fit, like a little girl, and he said he would see if he could find one. so it hasn't yet been refunded, so technically i have two orders right now, and am unsure if either place really has it or not.

So i have all the Hercules vehicles here now, and i was wondering why there is an extra hip piece with Neckbreaker?? What is exactly wrong with the stock one??? Also what are the two little gray pegs that were enclosed with Structor???

The Gears in the leg joint will Strip/shred when moving them forward and back(supposedly this was a universal thing)....so the new replacement has the Gears now lubed inside so they will work properly without the stripping..

I replaced mine with the new piece,but also fixed the old one by Dremeling those connector pieces to create some slack which works perfectly.(So I now have a back up)...

and taking it apart wasn't as bad as I thought it might be..very easy

not sure about the gray pegs. I didn't notice them with mine.

the extra hip is a replacement for Heavy-labor, for the reasons Teemu said.
