BBBB Does look better than the HA version AFTER its been customized, but out of the box the HA version is far better.
A repaint like that is quite complicated and expensive, and not everyone can get a quality finish like that.
For example, if youve never repainted a tf or any kind of model before, your not gonna get a finish like that.

Ya, thats why im planning of asking some professional to help me paint my BBBB after i buy it. Havent buy it yet though, still deciding. Just want it to be like in the movie, especially the arm, legs and the rust. Doesnt have to be as superior as the pics above :)

BBBB is a great tiny little figure, have him on my desk at work.

I really like Battle ops BB, sold my ultimate BB after i got him, really no comparison in my eyes.

Here is my Custom Battle ops BB....

Be prepared to pay A LOT of money for a custom job then.

Lolx. Dub, do u know how he make the BBBB chest like in those pics??

I have a question for you customizers -

I want to start my first TF custom. I'll be using a 1/24 scale model kit for the car parts. I don't know what you guys generally do for bot parts but I was thinking a Gundam kit would be a good start.
Does anyone know what size or type of Gundam model would best correspond to a 1/24 verhicle? Are there any good customizing sites I could go to for tips?
Thanks in advance.

Damn. I can't believe I missed that episode! But I did catch Big Van Vader on some crappy sitcom once (he was some kid's dad or something, and he was magnificent). Hogan was also great on the A-Team. And if anyone, and I mean anyone doubts that Roddy Piper put on the performance of the decade in They Live, then he, she, or they are damn fools. Sorry, but it is true.

Here's the episode synopsis from IMDB:
Urkel demonstrates his latest invention, snooze juice (a potion meant to allow police officers to easily apprehend criminals) at a professional wrestling event. When two wrestlers accidentally drink the potion and are unable to compete against the WWF's Bushwackers, the bloodthirsty tag team sets their sights on the nerd and Carl.

thanks. after thinking for awhile...i think battle ops is quite huge to be played around with....so i think i will go for HA bumblebee. Do u think its a good idea? >.<

HA BB is awesome, but not the best choice.

Btw, how do you custom paint a figure?? i wana paint some parts of my bumblebee to make it more detailed but im afraid i might ruin it or the paints colour do not match

I see you just jointed procustomizers.com, excellent place to ask your questions.

I agree, BOBB is the most accurate to movie there is. the transformation and details are the best (hands down) vs. any other BB figure.

nice work.

so untrue. many customizers charge VERY reasonable rates. I know of professionals that will ask for $50ish (or even lower) for a deluxe repaint.

I just picked up a MP Grimlock on my way home from school today.

I must say it's a really nice figure. When I first got him out he was all loose and wobbly. I managed to tighten up the joints so no worries. I'm really pleased with his $70.00 price tag and the fact I could actually buy him locally so no shipping or crazy crossing the boarder charges.

He's been pretty rare out my way. I had to go to another city an hour away to get one. They only had 3 too.

But all in all he's a great figure. He'll go on my shelf with My other two MP's (Prime and Skywarp)

Btw, u guys get ur transformer figures from which company?? Hasbro or Takara?

Most of the time I get Takara because they usually have better paint apps and quality control but there's also been occasions where I liked the Hasbro version better eg Masterpiece Skywarp or Universe Sideswipe.
