Question - is Pepper the only character to have appeared in more than one season? I couldn't think of another...and it makes for a great trivia question.

to me its going down.. the best was the first.. second.. .. well.. the witches was I think even he worst so far.. This one is not bad.. but Im not feeling it somehow..

I was just saying this morning that Freak Show is my least favorite season. It is just very disturbing more than anything. I'd have to say Asylum was my favorite so far.

It has some disturbing bits here and there. And the clown is awesome. But as a whole it's meh.

Yea, I'm enjoying it quite a bit, one of the few shows I look forward to each week. The two parter with the two faced dude was great, particularly as a vehicle to delve into the past of each freak.

Not for long...

EW has exclusively learned that Lily Rabe will be appearing on Freak Show and reprising her Asylum role as nun Sister Mary Eunice. The reason for Sister Mary’s return involves Pepper (Naomi Grossman) and how she ended up going from the freak show to Asylum‘s titular institution, Briarcliff. Rabe’s appearance will be on AHS‘ 10th episode, which is their big winter cliffhanger.

Also...Ryan Murphy has come out and said all the seasons are connected to each other.

The interesting thing about doing a show like this is every season is incredibly its own story and its own beginning, middle and end. Its own journey. But we have always from the very beginning in the intertwining mythologies and how things connect. This is the first year where we begin to tell you that season two is connected to season four which is connected to season one. People have started to write articles about that. A lot of their hypotheses have been completely right on. That’s the fun of the show. Hopefully by the end of the run, be it 10 years or 15 years, people will be able to stand back and be able to say, “Oh that was connected to x.” There’s definitely a rhyme or a reason and a connectedness to all of these seasons, but in the same way, they’re standalones, which is the fun of it. But it is a puzzle.

So you’re saying that season four is connected to season one?

They’re all connected. We’re just beginning to tell you how they’re connected. They’re all very separate but there’s clues every season that we’re now telling you how the different worlds are intertwined.

Oh, I thought that was fan fiction!

Part of the fun of the show is the Rubik’s cube design of it, but, yes, there are purposeful connections, character connections, and similarities and things that connect that we’ll continue to connect moving forward.

Wow, since taking the grinning clown away this show has turned to crap.

Soooo tired of Jessica Lang playing the same character.

Completely lost interest in the show after the clown left. Haven't felt like watching an episode since.

Dude they guy that plays the new clown/spoiled brat is great. He annoyed me at first but he is GOOD. He's fun to watch and sooo crazy.

This season is at least better than S2 and S3 IMO. I liked the first and hated the next two. No idea why I decided to watch this season. ITs been ok, but its getting to the point of boring for me.
