I know, I have a bunch of them coming from bestcomics.com and paid a bit more than the SSC price. It's more the fact that people really don't even care about the stuff and are just trying to screw people over.

And the shipping from SSC will be like 20 bucks and then he has to send it to someone for like another $20 or $30. But he wants to charge shipping to NorCal $126.?? That's just ^^^^ty IMHO.

I know.... But let's just watch this and see if anyone even actually bids on it. It just sucks when someone is flipping JUST A PRE-ORDER!!! I mean, I can understand if you flip it after it appreciates after some time after being released, but this is just aggrevating for us collectors.... Especially when we were waiting at our computers with the triggers ready and people who landed one are doing this.... I can't be TOO much of a hypocrite because I just bought a SIM for double the retail, but then again it WASN'T a pre-order!!!

I find this bit amusing:
This is a Pre order item and to comply with ebay regulations what you are buying is a coupon which will be mailed to you at auction end that will entitle you to one Sideshow Faux Bronze Spider Man statue when they are shipped.

So if someone is silly enough to buy this, they will get a coupon through the mail, and not only can they not complain because they did indeed receive the said coupon but by the time this ships it will be too late to file a claim with Paypal anyways.
Its not like the buyer can present this probably self made 'coupon' to Bowen and say Gimme a statue
No win situation for anyone that bids on this auction.

Personally, I don't think there's anything wrong with flipping an item IF it actually HAS appreciated in value.... But to start jacking the prices up on JUST a PRE-ORDER is pretty ridiculous....
