Somethings wrong with the Han? I thought it was an awesome figure.

Han is not BAD, but the paint apps (especially the eyebrows) leave a lot to be desired. Definitely not on par with the likes of Old Ben, Palpatine, etc. And the Buck body's limitations really shine through more on figures like Han and Luke.

Sideshow has a chance to get back on track withClone Armor Obi-Wan and Indiana Jones (if they ever actually release that one).

I don't think this is happening at all, Han and Luke are solid figures IMO, not perfect but way better than ESB Han and Yavin Luke that's for sure...I'd dare to say ANH is a better figure than Bespin Luke...

put as much time and effort into costuming and head paint apps as they do weapons and accessories I don't think some of us would be as weary as we're getting.

There is no excuse for the quality as of late....I mean come on.... SSC calls themselves fans of the series but seem to be sabotaging their credibility. ANH Luke,Leia, and Han are as much of a flagship as a Vader to the series, so why do they look like

I some how doubt many SSC employess have bought their own SW product as of late.

You could fit Luke, Han, and Leia in that ridiculous Skywalker tunic and poncho...

I understand that, but it's not a bad figure at all...as for Ki Adi and Ayla...well, that's another story...

There was no exaggeration or hyperbole in that post at all.

There was, however, some use of allegory.

I would say inferring that the great momentum of Old Ben and Palps being "washed away" by Luke and Han is both allegorical and hyperbolic.

But this is the SW section so, by all means, let the sky fall in.

I think we need to point out flaws and weaknesses, and there are indeed some, BUT saying that any of these figures are "crap" is a joke.

1 or 2 flaws does not send a figure into "Crap" territory as if they were Diamond Select figures...

No increase in quality? Come on Justin. Do you really believe that crap? Thats just plain and simple an absurd comment at the very best. If you feel that way then you really need to sell your SS stuff and move on. We know you won't though. You've said you're passing on several figures latley yet you keep ^^^^^ing about them in threads. Generally when I pass on something I don't keep jumping in a thread talking about what I don't like.

You may be right,but not at $70 a figure.At that price it should be close to perfect,especially when there's no amour involved.I have one last hope for this line and that's the amoured figure's.If they make the amoured figures remotely this sloppy,then I'm looking to totally dismiss the SS 12" line as a complete and utter discrace.

I actually have a lot of faith in the armored figures based on the new body and the Clone Obi-Wan prototype.

They can't continue to slack off on the others, though. And that includes recycling the Buck.

I think its both by just a smidge.

The way people react to these SW figures almost takes the fun out of collecting them. Everything is always the end of the world with a decent portion of the fan base. Not to mention again a decent portion of the fan base are whiny dicks.

For my money I'm starting to believe they are crap...

Almost all of my SSC figures have some form of lazy eye, loose bodies, bad paint apps, or fraying soft goods......yup that reeks of quality to me.

I don't mind paying a higher cost if the proofs in the pudding, but I'm calling it like I see it.

This figure is great. Besides the tunic it's a home run. Don't like it, don't buy it. Simple solution to this problem.
