I don't see the Singer black biker outfit look in this myself. It has much more of a 1960s retro-futuristic design aesthetic. Actually when I first saw the suit I thought it looked clunky and outdated. It was only after reading the movie synopsis that it made sense. As well as seeing the more modern YJ suit. The original Ant Man suit was likely created back in the 1960s, so it would have those design cues. It looks like something that would have been on the cover of Popular Science back then maybe with the headline "Is a Shrinking Man Suit Possible?" Now it kind of reminds me of the Silver Diner, and I don't mean that in a disparaging way.

That's actually a great point. I see what you mean.

Ah, I see what you mean, definitely see it.

I met Douglas a few years ago at a golf tournament. The guy was a complete gent, signed my Wall Street bluray. I also met Sam Jackson, he signed a Nick Fury comic for me. Saying that though, he was an egotistical *******.

Yeah, I had a feeling SLJ was a (Expletive). I've seen him in interviews and he comes off a jerk sometimes, not always though. What did he do or say when he signed your stuff?

He was coming off the 18th hole, and was surrounded by locals screaming Pulp Fiction quotes at him, all these little kids waiting with their Mace Windu figures and lightsabers and he waded through all of them. I got the signature, but it was scribbled quickly and handed over his shoulder. There was no 'cool factor' to it. Douglas though was cool. He wasn't really playing, just following the players from hole to hole. e gets into a golfcar, and is surrounded. Everyone is screaming 'Mike! Mike! Mike!' I said 'Mr. Douglas', and he looks up and asks 'who said that?' I said I was looking forward to Wall Street 2, he said he hoped I'll enjoy it, signed my bluray and left. So if HT make a figure of Hank Pym, I'll get it. It's stuff like this that makes collecting fun. The nostalgia.

My mentality would be: make a film > get harassed by quotes and figures based on me > get a little pissed > wake the **** up: these people's are the ones that loved my work and have a sincere liking to me > immediately stops being a ****.

Cool story re: Douglas. And yeah, a part of me was just a little apprehensive meeting so many actors from Star Wars at the two Celebrations I went to. I didn't want to find out what'd it be like to catch Mark Hamill or Carrie Fisher or Anthony Daniels on an "off day" or even moment and forever have that memory to taint watching the movies or collecting the figures going forward. Luckily they were all totally cool and like you said, that only enhanced the fun of collecting.

Micheal Biehn is an ******* as well. :lol

I wouldn't go so far as to call him an *******, but he is a cashgrabbing whore. Bill Paxton however is awesome.

He's just bitter. Can you blame him though? He spent the 80's getting carried (literally) by women and injured in the third act of his two biggest films, while the girls he was "protecting" saved the day :lol
