Any trick to ordering from Gentle Giant?

I'm just PO'd that I couldn't get a Mara bust. That and maybe three others are the only SW busts I wanted.

I'm not paying e-bay prices for it so I just won't even bother getting the other busts.

More SSC cash though so it's all good!

Thanks but I'm a Stormtrooper or Variant only collector (for know ). Plus I hate Gentle Giant.

I think it all has to do with Karma. It serves me right for essentially switching a Dewback for Kong.

It's ok though, I will have my day in the sun when PF Stormtrooper is announced.

Apology for Web Order Problems
We want to take this time to sincerely apologize to those who, in the first hour of web sales yesterday, were met with frustration when completing the order, in which the system declined the users credit card because of address not matching.

We caught this error quickly and were able to act fast in working with our fulfillment house's order system to correct the problem. Once the error was fixed, orders were able to be completed.

At this time we are now sold out of the quantity of summer show exclusives (Lucius Malfoy as Death Eater mini bust, Shocktrooper mini bust with Shocktrooper Bust-Up and the Mara Jade mini bust) that we had held back to put on our web store.

We are currently checking for any duplicate transactions and will be canceling/refunding those that are duplicates. We will be releasing orders to ship this afternoon.

Heres a few comments that have me worried. Surely we werent only allowed to order just a Shocktrooper or a Mara would we be.

Also, I thought that everyone was supposed to be limited to one exclusive per day, but I have read about people ordering Malfoy, Shock Trooper and Mara Jade!!?!? How will you handle those orders? Will you offer up any extras to those of us who were unable able to order due to the CC address error? I'm sure you must have a record of our order attempts. Just contact us all and offer up the extras! I know... wishful thinking.

I've received a confirmation email for my order, but in light of what happened with the Blackhole Stormtrooper and now reports that people might be having their Mara Jade orders cancelled, I just don't know what to think. And based on what I've been through regarding Gentle Giant exclusives this summer, I wholly sympathise with everyone who missed out on yesterday's product offering.

I dont know guys one email account of mine got it and the other one didnt. My school email still hasnt gotten one. Im glad I could help you mfoga and Loki get these. I am just worried about some of the comments over there. I just hope my Mara doesnt get canceled or anything. My card has a temporary authorization on it. I hope they ship tomorrow.

Finally got a charge on my CC. Well now will they really show up? They mentioned Shipping notices but it seems a lot of people say they never get them. Anyone get a shipping notice?

If you got your order in every thing will be ok. Remember this is GG we are talking about. They are not the fastest company. Everything will be shipped soon enough.

Ohhh you were one of those trying to order more then one? Now did you try to order more then one of each or more then one item? There was some info saying that you could order only one item not one of each which is what I thought it was.
