I'll be buying direct from Apple, hopefully they'll have the white models. If not, I'll be waiting.

I'm not going to do this half-assed. White or fail.

Man you couldn't give me a white one. I know I knocked it for being ghey before but here is my analytical reason. It's actually the screen. The screen is really going to pop against a black border. Not so much with a white frame. Why do you think almost all HiDef tv's have a black border? Hmmmmmm?

Somebody's gonna be pissed:

We've been tipped that Apple may now be blocking third-party retailers from taking pre-orders altogether tomorrow. RadioShack already changed its story on us, and now Best Buy locations have started doing the same, telling us that they definitely won't be taking pre-orders tomorrow but may be by the end of the week. Bottom line -- hit up Apple's website in the morning.

Some of the new Samsungs and new Sharp's have silver. The new Quattron tv's look badass BTW. I saw one at Best Buy last week.

Both are sharp as hell but I'm gonna get the white if I can. If not I'll get the other and be just fine with it. I'm not waiting just to get the white one.

The all white might not be for everyone but it sure as hell don't look cheap. Its the same freaking phone just white. Something different.

Yeah white works for the wii and appliances but not iphone. It is distinct that's for sure. It just screams I have an iphone. LOL! Personally for reasons stated previously, the screen looks better against black. I used to sell TV's for a few years. When the Samsung DLP's came out you wouldn't believe the people that _____ed because they were silver greyish. It killed the picture IMO. Color against black will always look more vibrant. Imagine watching TV on against a white shiny screen?
